Ryna's Nails Erin Mills

The lady I was working with seemed like she was in a rush, I asked for a simple manicure with french tip design and wasn’t satisfied with the work done. All my gel/shellac polish (whichever she used) started completely peeling today and I only got them done yesterday. There are some bubbles in my nails and small cracks that weren’t covered with the nail polish at all. Not sure what was messed up but very not happy with the quality of these nails and don’t think i’ll be back at this salon anytime.

Nancy was very sweet and did a very nice job on my nails. Salon is overall very clean and welcoming. Their nails last for a good amount of time without falling out. One of my fav nail salons and is definitely worth a visit!

best set of nails I have ever gotten at a nail salon, I wish i could remember her name but she was truly an angel and took her time to prefect it. Everyone was really nice and it was a clean space

If I could give 0 stars I would.ENNIEEEE has the worst customer service ever. Don’t go to her!!!!!All of my friends have warned me about her awful attitude, vibe and service but I didn’t listen. But she is worse than I ever imagined. I kept going to her for a full year anyway because I am not one to complain but She is disgusting…. Everytime she does my nails she has a horrible attitude. If you ask her to file a bit more, a lighter colour or tell her anything different from what she wants she sighs, gets mad and Grabs your hands aggressively.Today I told her the nails were great but one is too thick and if she can file that one a bit more. She grabbed my hands aggressively and told me she is never doing my nails again and had someone else do my nails…. She is crazy.She even gave me nail fungus once.DONT GO TO ENNIE!!!!!!

I came to this location for the first time and I’m not even sure if I’ll be back. Firstly, I made an appointment for 6:15 and had to wait for over half an hour. Secondly, I’m heavily disappointed with the quality of work and service. I booked Ennie because I saw her work on Instagram. While she was doing my nails, I was asking to file down some of the nails so that they would match my other hand. She seemed really annoyed that I asked her to do so. It got to the point where I just didn’t want to say anything anymore because I was getting angry at the fact that she wasn’t doing what I had asked and that she didn’t have a pleasant demeanour. One of the nails on my right hand is too long and makes me feel awkward when I do things and the nails on my left are way too chunky and wide. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money. I’m so upset that I am still sitting in car in front of the salon, writing this because I couldn’t wait till I got home.

This was my first time going to Ryna’s at the Erin mills location. I thought I would give them a try because they’re much closer than the place I normally go to. When I arrived for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was not in the schedule, even though I received a confirmation by text. When they looked on the computer my appointments had been moved, not only to a different time, but to a different nail technician, then who I originally booked for. I had booked my nail tech based on the nails that were posted on Instagram because I know I’m very particular about the quality of my acrylics. While I waited for my nail tech to arrive, I was horrified to see the condition of cleanliness. I couldn’t understand how a place could be so dirty, and I wish I had trusted myself, and walked out. Even though it was not the nail techs fault for the appointment mix up she arrived quite quickly, which I was really pleased about but then I unfortunately had the fastest refill and pedicure of my life. The job was OK but I still had to go to my regular nail place two days later to have everything redone. I only wish I had taken some pictures when I was sitting at the manicure table so you could see what I saw too. I was really sad to see the working conditions these nail technicians have to work in, this is not acceptable. Do better!

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Ryna‘s Mississauga location. I travelled from Georgetown to get my nails done and it was well worth the experience.Fiona worked on my nails and she was amazing. She was gentle with my damaged cuticles, very patient and worked towards my vision of perfect valentines nails! The salon was clean and the manager was professional yet welcoming ! I would definitely come again and recommend this salon to my friends.For the first time, my nails have not lifted in two weeks!

I decided to get my nails done for the first time and saw the pictures on their Instagram page and they looked great until I got my own nails done and they turned out horrible. They lasted me a week , the lady didn’t even cut or push back my cuticals and I I noticed it when I got home. I paid 80$ for a short set of acrylics with a French tip design. My nails looked horrible. Shaping was also off. Never coming here again!!

I don't normally like like leaving low reviews but honestly I wasn't too pleased with the service.I came in with my mom and it was my first time getting my nails done here as well as the type of nails.. overall the staff working on my nails didn't seem very confident in doing my nails. I have large hands and she was having a hard time finding an acrylic that would fit my thumb and at one point a gaggle of staff were gathered around her station laughing and speaking Filipino which was pretty uncomfortable since I could only assume they were laughing at me/ my hands.Another point during the appointment another staff came to sit next to the one working on my nails and proceeded to chat loudly with the two who were working on clients. Normally this wouldn't be an issue for me but he wasn't wearing a mask while everyone else was.Finally the actual look of my finished nails leaves me underwhelmed. There are cracks in the polish, streaks in the acrylic as well as an uneven surface leaving some nails looking and feeling like there are divits.The technician also didn't fully prep my nails by cleaning up the cuticle so she just ended up using her own nails to push them when they eventually got in the way.I cant speak to the service my mom received for her manicure other than we ended up paying more than originally anticipated.I think I'd like to try this salon again, but maybe with a different nail technician since there are so many positive reviews otherwise.
