Came in for a Maní/Pedí before my trip and Amanda was amazing - really did an awesome job getting the neon colour I chose to really pop. Everyone I encountered were extremely sweet and helpful. This was my first time here (was a Christmas gift from my in laws) but it was so positive, I'll definitely be back again soon!

The Ten Spot is the go-to place for a pedicure Kanata. It is bright, clean, the staff is personable and my daughter and I always enjoy our visit.

I booked this appointment for my Dad (88 years old and it was his first manicure). He broke his arm and has been unable to trim his nails, etc. Maggie did a great job and he was very happy with the service. Caution was used in dealing with his injured hand (swollen from the arm break) and immobility. All staff super friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money. I got a lash lift and tint as well as a brow lamination and tint. She got the lash tint all over my eyelids and did not bother to wipe it away, leaving stains that look like a bad mascara job. My lashes also all clumped together and nothing was done to fix it, leaving them to dry in clumps. This however was nothing though compared to the brows I had done. The brown lamination was the worst I have ever seen done- and after reaching out to 2 other esthetician's after my appointment both said the job was laughable, and the worst they have ever seen. The brows were 2 different lengths, shapes, and colours and every hair was stuck straight up with no shaping done to them. I have blonde hair and eyebrows and the brows were dyed a very dark shade of black. The girl also knew it was bad as she took plenty of before photos of my lashes and brows, but took no after photos. After reaching out to the company to discuss my concerns post appointment, I have not heard back. The experience, the service, and the customer experience all are trash.

This will definitely be my new go to for waxing! Jenny made the experience so smooth, friendly, quick and efficient! We need more people like her. I finally found a place that is clean and knows what they are doing when it comes to waxing. Thank you again

The tenspot in Kanata is my favourite place to get all my grooming done. Everytime I go there I'm treated so well and the staff are all friendly and take the time to know you and make you feel truly welcomed. Can't wait to go back next week for pedicures! :)

Maggie is wonderful, very comforting and professional. I had the least painful waxing experience here and I will definitely come back. The salon is clean and the online booking system makes booking appointments a breeze.

First time. Easy to book an appointment online. Great experience. Two toes in she confirmed if I liked the colour. I had second thoughts and I picked another colour, no problem.
