Thank you Graham and everyone at Adaptive Concepts for providing a lift so my sister who is palliative could spend Christmas with her family. This was such a Godsend! Without the lift there was no way for her to access my home. The lift was easy to install over my stairs and was very easy to use. My world changed when I broke my leg at the knee requiring surgery in May 2019. I needed to use a wheelchair for the next 2-3 months. It was a challenge to be a new wheelchair user because my house was not designed for a wheelchair. I could be outside in my backyard and enjoy the warm sun which was very nurturing, and I felt normal again enjoying a backyard BBQ with friends.
