Titan Movers

Honestly, this was my second time using the company and the experience was really disappointing this time. I tried to reach the owner several times but got no response. The movers sadly broke one of my tvs and failed to mention anything to me. They were unable to finish the job due to them sending “two small guys” to do a full three bedroom house. They expected me to pay another hour to have a bigger person come move a china cabinet, mind you once they left we were able to move it just my husband and the same thing happened when the one guy kept complaining that he was tired and coundnt lift many of the last itemsI. I would say the movers themselves were lazy, took a lot of breaks and cause quite a bit of damage to my walls and personal belongings. 1/4 of the stuff was not put where I asked. I was not keeping several items and the one guy kept asking if he could have several pieces of furniture I was discarding. He brought them in the truck on my time that I’m paying for instead of at the end when I was no longer being charged. They never used the moving truck since I was only moving down the street so everything was just a total mess. I also paid two hours for their travel time plus $180 per hour they were here. The last movers from total got it done in 4 hours with a city to city move. Unimpressed and not sure I would hire them again after no response from the owner. I also never received an invoice.

Titan Movers are the Best! They took the stress out of my move in so many ways. They are good communicators, and called on the morning of my move to check in. They were efficient, kind, very conscientious, careful, worked quickly and stuck to their contract fee. I was so impressed. Doug and Shaun, thank you for the move, and Rochelle was always there to answer questions on the phone.This was not my first move, and they are certainly worth calling . I might add,, they were always smiling and chatted with each other as they worked. They are a team!

I highly recommend Titan Movers! I used them for a big move that filled two 26 ft. trucks right to the roof. These guys were Tetris masters. :) I was really impressed by the team of five guys from start to finish. They arrived on time, and were very careful with my stuff. I was actually surprised that nothing broke considering how much fragile furniture there was including glass tables and two pianos. Moving is a very stressful thing, but this team put my family at ease. There was nothing they couldn't handle... I watched one of them carry a solid wooden chest on one shoulder like it was a small bag of potatoes. So Titan" is a fitting name for them. Also

By far the best moving company! Not only did I have a wonderful experience with titan movers but grandparents also hired them for a move and was extremely pleased with how friendly, fast and how careful the movers were with all their items, even on short notice, titan movers get the job done. Just finished a move with Titan movers, the guys that showed up today were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The move was done in 4.5 hours for a 3 bedroom home. I would highly them. So awesome. Definitely 5 star service.

I used Titan Movers for a relocation from Guelph to Ottawa.From the initial quote to the move itself, the whole team was communicative and professional. There were no surprises.
