Ramada by Wyndham Emerald Park/Regina East

This place is great and all, the rooms were nice and it’s all you can expect from a hotel. Exept for the pool, my experience from this hotels pool was horrendous, the pool looked like a lake! With all of the goo at the bottom and the water being a dark green. And there were unsupervised children running around while the worker who was in the pool handing out towels didn’t even try to stop the kids from pushing, running, fighting, or anything that was against the rules.This place is fine if you aren’t planning swimming with your family.

Really great staff, everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and had good food. Pool was great, although it wasn’t the warmest pool, and it was quite cold in the pool area for my baby. The splash pad was awesome and that made up for it. The best was one of the comfiest beds ive slept in, and the pillows were fantastic. The down side of the room, was it needed a really good deep cleaning. The floors had stains, it was very dusty, the wall unit HVAC system was very dirty and would blow dust into the air and it made me really stuffed up and gave me a sore throat. The walls needed a really good clean, there was stains on the walls. A lot of the furniture was scratched up and needing a good polish or clean. The shower needed a good update, and a good clean. There was a build up of soap scum around the tub, other peoples hair when we checked in and some mould around the railing and the taps were stained from the water. I think all in all, just the cleaning really needs to improve and maybe attention to detail would help it improve stays. If the cleaning improved I would 100% come back. The staff was great and the pool was nice and we would come back for that.

We stayed here because of the pool. We got to the pool and the water looked very green. The kids played in the kiddie pool which was nice but the guy working in the pool area made me feel very uncomfortable. The hot tub also looked very grey and not clean. There is one slide that doesn't go directly into the pool and the kids had a lot of fun on that.Room was nice, clean, comfortable beds. Guest laundry was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the other workers were all very kind.

Stayed here on our way through Regina. This is my third time staying here. I like the location and usually it’s a good price point. The rooms are clean and large. Beds comfortable. We had a king room with a kitchenette and a couch. It was nice to have the couch to chill on. The bathroom had one of the deepest tubs I have seen in a long time in a hotel.Staff was friendly at check in, and let us check in early.Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. They do have someone serving the hot items. I’m thinking this is just something they kept doing from Covid protocols.Didn’t use the pool area, was very busy with families. They do make you wear a wrist band if you want to use that area.There are not a lot of dining areas in this area but it is conveniently located next to the transcanada highway for travelers.I would stay here again and recommend it.

We arrived on a busy Friday night but we're well taken care of. The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and the area was clean. Our rooms were lovely and the kitchen area is a really nice bonus.

The bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Still had a large glob of toothpaste in it. Toilet didn't flush properly. Also long black hairs in bathtub and on bed linens.Terrible in room coffee.Breakfast was good. Pool nice, with water slides and a hot tub. I will try again, but hope the bathroom is cleaned better next time.

Would NOT recommend this hotel! Stayed here for a business trip. Was here for 3 week and tried to extend my stay, they told me I could not as they were booked. Rooms were not clean, beds seemed clean but was not clean. Carpet in rooms never was vacuumed had the little tiled foyer in the room was never cleaned. One last thing woke up one morning with welts on my arms and back, Bed Bugs maybe..........

We were checked in seamlessly and treated very well by reception staff. Although the hotel is older , it was very clean. They are currently renovating the hotel and we were not inconvenienced by this at all. It will be wonderful once complete.

Hands down worst customer service I've seen in a hotel. We were put into a room that was smoked in. Upon inspection, the manager agreed to give us a different room. Somehow, after getting back to reception that room was booked and nothing else available. A partial refund that was promised to me by the manager was not processed in the morning but they offered me to pick up some chips at their market instead.The hot items at breakfast were guarded by two of their employees and you aren't able to just take them. Clearly, this hotel is counting every dollar.Needless, won't be back here and suggest you stay away too.

We spent 2 weeks and we loved the place,it actually started to feel like home. All staff members are super nice ,friendly and helpful. Great place for a family stay, clean , good breakfast, equipped for long stays and you don’t need to go out for fun for the slides are amazing for kids and adults too.Thank you Ramada team .
