We had contracted with Avidia to install a Control4 home automation system in 2022 and Matthew and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout our project and communicated often. We asked to take some non-traditional approaches to a few things and they accommodated and came to the table with great ideas. I waited few months to review them after getting to use our system and while all technology comes with a few issues, I'm happy that the post sale/install support with Esai has also been a great experience. He was able to get our couple of issues worked out really quickly. Overall we had a really positive experience and highly recommend the Avidia team for your AV home projects!

Avidia provided excellent customer service from start to finish, as they always do, maintaining professional interaction, service, and clear communication throughout my project. Their owners, scheduling manager (Jessica), and techs clearly take immense pride in their work and prioritize customer service and satisfaction.One of their excellent techs (Artur) came out for our install appointment and discovered that what we thought was a spare Cat 5 line was no longer available, but managed to find multiple easy and elegant solutions for me to choose from, showing and explaining all my options to me in an easy to understand manner. Kamil, one of the owners, was then in contact immediately to help schedule another time for install as it was late in the day and discuss everything. He was super upfront that the initial quote was based on the presumption that the line was good, Artur had already spent more time on site than the quote I accepted, and that the solution we found would require much more work, including some light construction and fabrication to extend an existing line through a wall. I agreed to pay for any extra hours required over the initial quote and they had someone scheduled to come back within two days. I had to reschedule that appointment once due to a sudden conflict, and Jessica found a way to fit me back into their schedule the next day, and then Artur even made sure to work on the project in a manner that my children's nap schedules and bedtimes weren't disrupted. Ultimately, Avidia not only completed the project which is providing download speed and Wifi coverage way beyond my expectations, but graciously only charged me for a few extra hours of work when the total scope easily was 2x what we initially agreed upon.

Matthew and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had a good idea of what types of low-voltage and automation we wanted in our home, and Matthew worked closely with us to provide really useful input, without hard-selling upgrades or hardware that we didn't need for our particular plans. The installation was clean and exceptionally professional and met or exceeded every expectation we had. I highly recommend Avidia.

Just an incredible experience so far. Doing an entire upgrade on an outdated smart home. From initial meet with Matt to the scheduling with Gill everything was so smooth! This company is nothing but honest and straight forward. They are not looking to rip you off like some of these other companies I received quotes from. They are looking to build a long term relationship and they have gained me as a forever client. Josh has been my programmer and has been wonderful communicating weekly “updates” sometimes daily as well as just being overall so respectful in our home. Just an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend for any home technology project. Came up with a great recommendation, adapted as needed, and implemented high-quality work.

Did a project with them and found their products to fail just outside of warranty and their subscription service for troubleshooting is extreme. I would use ABT next time without hesitation. They also called me excessively for a $200 bill that they erroneously sent and threatened to terminate any support if I didn’t pay! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Artur was great. Knowledgeable, efficient, easy to work, high standards, and lots of energy. He worked through a Comcast modem issue and got our system installed and up and running. I would very much like to work with him again
