Always great service and very knowledgeable. Once Ferdinand replaced a few months old sub for me, even though its blowing up was the consequence of my amp dying. Just bought a new car, so will be back soon.

I went in today about 45 minutes until closing just to ask how much it'd be to install a new deck as my Bluetooth module was hooped and going to cost over 1000 to replace through mitsubishi. So he said it'd be cheaper if I wanted to install a new module through the AUX in my stock stereo. I said sure and he got me in, made sure it worked, even fixed my vent for me quickly too, and I was paying under $200 30 minutes later. Very fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would recommend for sure! if I'm ever in the area and want to replace my speakers for better, I will be coming here for that. thank you again!

Went to these guys on a quest to find a replacement fob for my remote car starter. Everyone else I talked to said I should just buy a new remote car starter as it would be too difficult to find the correct replacement fob. The guys at Custom Car Concepts were able to replace my lost fob and had it all programmed and ready to go in no time!Very friendly and accommodating staff!

I went there to get a remote start and I started with the One way starter but it didn't work very good and tbh I wasn't the happiest; but without hesitation he asked if he could replace it! But instead I payed a little bit extra and got the 2 way which is way better and I've been super happy with it. Super pleased with them. I will recommend and will be coming back to fix my heated seats in the future!

First time in my life I've decided to have a stereo professionally installed since I'm not familiar with steering wheel control setup. Ferd at Custom Car was the only place I wanted to do it and they didn't disappoint. Exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price and no surprises.. Overall a great experience.. Good job guys

Nothing but good things to say about Ferdinand and his specialty team.We called Custom Car looking for a quote to get front and rear dash cams installed. Not only were we quoted a fair price but they said they could have it done in an hour. We were blown away because just hours earlier Brady at Andre's Electronics quoted us a higher price at the rate of 3-3 1/2 hours.In regards to the job itself, the wires are tucked and the cameras both front and rear are little to not noticeable. The service was efficient and very friendly. We will defiantly be returning to have our sound system installed!!
