I have known and worked very closely with Brad and Alina for 5 years now. They are a key component of our business since we offer Reatlors and Mortgage Brokers engraved Cutco knives as gifts for their clients. They engrave thousands of pieces for us every month. We consider them our partners not a vendor. Their dedication to quality and service is second to none. It is clear that they take pride in the quality of work that they create. If it's not to their standards it doesn't get shipped out. And when something is not possible in the engraving world (there are limits) they state it clearly and respectfully. They are a gem in a world where quality is no longer a given.
