I have already sent my issue in the email and my name is already printed above. I tried to get issue fixed with apple care and you did your own service and charged for it. Yes i agreed to do it because i though thats how it works. But later on when i contacted apple they told me that there is no first step before getting apple care to fix the issue. Your technician told me that this is the first step before apple care. My mistake was that i could have enquired with apple before contacting your store. Even apple told that they are not responsible for what the store had did.

Good place to shop but the prices are expensive if you want to repair a device leave because they wont repair it for you the technicians dont know whats going on with the device and are only trained to handle simple fixes like screen replacement-and stuff

Had an appointment today for my shattered iPhone and received THE BEST customer service/support by Kishen D. He was super polite, patient and professional all at once. We had a little bump with the warranty but Kishen went above and beyond to help solve this issue and ensure that I was a happy customer. Thank you to Kishen & a great welcoming team as well.

The manager there was so patient and helpful. He spent a good while trying to get my moms camera protector off which was stuck due to terrible adhesive.I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. Excellent!

alright place in my opinion. I came here multiples times to buy things here but usually would be followed around the store if I wasn't with my mom. I feel like the people here feel like I am going to steal which is quite annoying because I have bought multiples items from this shop. Please let people shop in peace as I do have money in my bank account isn't that crazy? I stopped going to this store because I know Best Buy will provide better customer service and wont follow me around! Just go to the Best Buy that is like a 10 minute walk instead and save yourself the hassle.

I scheduled an appointment through Apple’s website to replace a battery here. Once I arrived they told me they dont have the battery and would have to order one. From the sounds of it, this is standard. It gets better.They’ll only order you the battery if you leave your phone for 3-5 days. Yes, this was a serious proposal on their part. They won’t even accept payment for half the cost of the battery before ordering to ensure you actually come back. No bueno.
