5 star + plumbing service! From the moment I called GLS, my experience with them was exceptional. First of all, they answered the phone. This in itself is a big deal to me because in the past when needing plumbing services, I’ve had to leave several messages for various plumbers with no call back. Next, I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe and was told if the situation turned urgent, to call back and they would try sent one up right away. Third, when they did show up, the plumber was on time and super professional. He explained what he was doing, why and also let me know they had video I could request. I have never had such prompt and professional service beginning to end. GLS will definitely be my go to for any future plumbing services.

Emailed in for a smaller job and quote for switching out older pipes in the house we just bought. Sophie was great and responded fast to get us in. Leeno was amazing with the first job and got us an estimate for the rest of the work. Again, Sophie was fast to get us booked in and Leeno was back just over a week later to finish the work. Was done faster and cheaper than the estimate! Thanks again for the amazing service!

GLS has helped me out 3+ times now. Two times were plumbing emergencies (blocked pipes) and most recently was a hose bib replacement. GLS is professional, quick to respond, pleasant to deal with, and they do quality work. I've already recommended them to many & will continue to do so!
