I received a beautiful watch for a gift and keeping with the current style of large, chunky, bling type watches for women, the watch was too big and the owner of Garine jewellers removed two links for me at a very reasonable price. The watch fit, but the clasp was sticking very hard to open and close. I brought it in to few watch repair shops they said they could do nothing. I went back to Garine jewellers the owner fixed it. There is also a goldsmith onsite for sizing or repairs. Great customer service! I'll be back.

I went to Gatineau jewellers to have my wedding rings and another ring my husband gave me all “melted”“ together to create a new ring. I picked it up today. Vic did an absolutely amazing job. It is more stunning than i had hoped for. The price was very reasonable and the staff very professional and friendly. I would recommend Gatineau jewellers to everyone e and I will condone dealing with them

Bought a cuff bracelet in December, $650 , hinge got caught in my sweater and since the bracelet was hollow it twisted and actually bent a hole in the gold, asked if it could be fixed, they said it could be but not 100%, that part I understood. Was quoted $75 and I said go ahead, 2 weeks later got the bracelet back unfixed. Never even attempted to fix it or suggested how I could get it fixed. Just a simple sorry for your lossJust poor quality and poor customer service in my opinion- update took this bracelet to another jeweler in Langley called It’s about time jewelers. They were able to fix it with exceptional service.

Honestly my favourite jewelry store. amazing competitive prices, family operated and owned. And beautiful dainty pieces. I bought all of my diamond stackable rings here and have custom made earrings and more. Whatever you need they can do. So glad I found this little gem. Thank you for your amazing service and keeping my fingers looking fresh.

Worst retail experience of my life! The associates will racialize and generalize you and ask for your ID to be able to show something. Her words, we need guarantee you won't run with our jewellery. I have been to many jewellery stores before and have never been asked to show an ID to look at something. Dont go wearing a jogger here, they wont show you anything.

The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with a jeweller. I bought my wife's engagement ring here and it has been in the shop more than it has been out. Every time we received it back, within a week, it had lost another stone. I intentionally picked a ring with a recessed setting to avoid this type of problem. I made it very clear the size of my wife's ring finger, as the ring was going to have to be resized, and was assured by the employee who helped me with my purchase that it would be no problem. When I brought it to be resized, I had to pay for my resizing. Then we had a problem with the band pinching where it overlapped and we asked to have it soldered to avoid this. We paid for this as well. They have had to replace at least 6 stones, claim to have reset the entire ring, and yet it's STILL in the shop.The last time we went in we were yelled at by the store owner who told us he should just refuse to fix our ring. He then told us it would take 2 full months for it to be repaired. My wife just called as we're now entering the 3rd FULL month since it was dropped off last and we were told that they had to make a whole new ring. Wonder when they were going to get around to telling us....It's not a complicated or delicate setting. This is absolutely insane. In the last 2 years since my wife got her ring; it has been in the shop for MONTHS longer than she has actually been able to wear it.Apparently a diamond isn't forever from here. I have bought many pieces of jewellery from other places in the past and have always had a great experience and zero problems with the items I've purchased. Definitely won't be buying her wedding ring from here.This store is a joke.

Love this place. I shop here all the time. The owner is really nice. They do great custom designs.
