We needed a truck for our new business and stopped in on a weekend to check them out. The staff at Harris Dodge was phenomenal. We met with Jonny and talked for hours about trucks and our new business we started. He could see our vision for our company clearly and helped us find the perfect truck to haul our heavy formwork systems and supplies around. Johnny was super easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. He was friendly and professional and he was more of a friend than a salesperson. After deciding on a truck we met with Nicole who is the finance manager. She was extremely knowledgeable with my questions about financing and warranties and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and I appreciated how attentive and friendly she was. I never thought I could have such a positive experience at a dealership. For 2 months I’ve been waiting for parts to be installed in my truck! The service and follow up is terrible! Also I asked for an oil change. The bill was over $300. Additives were added , that were not asked for. Go some where else!!I was getting phone calls asking how I liked my truck fixed from this dealership. They haven’t fixed it. High priced !!!! Not going to last long, not taking care of their customers.My truck is a year old.Had to go to a different dealership to fix my truck.

Very disappointed in this dealership. I sent an inquiry in with Canada Drives and I was matched up with them. From the get go I was called 2+ times a day even though I made them aware I was working and would contact them when I was able to. During these calls on 4 separate occasions I made it clear exactly what we could afford and what we wanted. My husband and I finally were able to go in and were greeted by Michael, he was great and told us they had a vehicle there all ready picked out which matched up to our requests AND what we could afford. We fell in love with the SUV we test drove and were both getting excited, when we went back inside and it was time to sit down and talk about finances, we find out this car is extremely out of our budget and more than double of what we told them our max was. Both my husband and I were furious at this point and ready to walk out the door. Then we talked to someone named Gordon who was great, and we really liked him... but we were then shown a car we weren't really interested in. We then we sent home in the car for the night for a better test drive" but we felt extremely bullied into it. All in all this dealership didn't listen to a single thing we said to them and our experience with them has left a sour taste in my mouth. If all you want are pushy sales people who try to get you into vehicles you can't afford

The staff are amazing, you can really get a feel for the whole family dynamic that is going on. It is so nice to know a dealership that is honest and true to how they sell compared to so many other places. IZZY is such a great guy and really easy going, he made the whole journey very smooth and very efficient! Recommend coming here.

Had an amazing experience this week buying my beautiful new car from here. I don't think I could have been treated any better by a dealership than by the staff at Harris Dodge. All the staff were fantastic, especially Ben my sales person. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I love my new car.

Just bought a used vehicle as a surprise grad present for our daughter and couldn't have had a better experience! Izzy was great with communication and really went all-out to help us keep the secret and celebrate the moment! The whole dealership gathered round and the balloons, confetti launcher and hearty congratulations made it very special for her! Izzy and Jason were instrumental in negotiations for the trade-in and purchase price. Izzy even gave us a recommendation for an outstanding lunch place to complete the day! Perfect!
