Working with these guys is great!

My husband noticed water coming into our basement around 7:30 p.m.We reside about 30 minutes away from the Dieppe office, yet DKI was on-site within 2 hours to set up drying equipment. Tim (Project Manager) came out the next morning to assess the situation.As a result of their quick response and action, we were able to avoid further damage.We highly recommend the DKI Greater Moncton team for your emergency water services.

M&G offers terrible customer service and workmanship was very poor. Had a few projects that needed to be done around the house, all had to be redone the following year due to problems with water infiltration, water damages, and tiles coming off. We dealt with 3 different project managers during the ordeal and two different owners that did not care about client satisfaction. In the end, the problems were never fixed and actually had to go through insurance. No one should ever have to go through the headache of dealing with this company!!!

I've gotten so many compliments on the work they've done on my home. They were professional, and had excellent skills in all different categories! It was the best all in one" renovation experience I have ever done on a home.100% my first choice and I highly recommend them for all renovation/restoration needs. Consumers Beware!! If you are using M&G Restoration DKI as a result of a flood, be advised you will be charged for services and work not done. The first words from them were, “Is this going through insurance?” We were also told by them that it was not their job to stop the water from coming in and that they don’t get rid of the water but their job was come in to do the clean up after the water was out, but they will charge you for water extraction. If they show up at your door, get an estimate first for everything they plan to do. We would suggest getting a second and third estimate from a general contractor. They will also tell you to get a plumber. It was our plumber who got the water stopped and out of our house. If they tell you they are going to put a plant based micro-bacterial cleaner on the floor, tell them you can do it yourself. This cleaner can be bought on Amazon for $50/gallon which will cover 1000-1200 square feet. We were charged $549 for this. Best advice we can give you is hire a plumber and general contractor as were overcharged close to $4000. They knowingly and willing submitted the invoice to our insurance company for payment. At the end of the day, the invoice was reduced but only because they were caught with the fraudulent charges.
