My Truck was insured and they still are trying everything they can to not cover my claim. It has been a nightmare and there are no alternatives to ICBC in BC No company should be allowed to have a government backed monopoly. Recourse for unfair or unethical treatment is almost impossible. Looks like we need a new provincial government who believes in choice.

Didnt like the service. The East Indian lady there was acting annoyed, because I didnt have my papers. Rude, tossing my papers on the table. Once she realised I wasnt smiling anymore, she stopped acting rude n tried twlling me to have a nice day.
