Waterloo Regional Police Headquarters

Tried calling in an active issue but couldn't get through on non-emergency. Called 911 and was told not an emergency. Well if rivers of styrofoam flowing down a street isn't an emergency than what is. What a bunch of useless wasted tax dollars.

I will start by saying that I am a victim of a false allegation and went thru a 6 year criminal trial in which I was found not guilty on all charges.This review is about the Waterloo Police Service and specifically Detective/Constable Alison Yeoman. She made many mistakes during her “investigation”, lied and hid evidence she knew was available (which came out during trial). This could have all been prevented but she was determined to press forward and try to get “leverage” on certain people to improve her case.Claims that she advocates for women, but harassed, mocked and made fun of my then 14 year old daughter during many breaks in the court process.What a class act she is!!! Should not only be demoted, but absolutely be stripped of her badge and uniform.WRPS, want to discuss this review? I am ready and waiting but not hopeful for any contact from you!!

Just a quick note to thank Officer Jason who responded to my 911 call yesterday afternoon in Waterloo. Officer Jason (sorry I don’t remember his last name) handled the matter professionally and resolved the potentially damaging situation in an amicable way. I have high respect to Waterloo Police - you are true hero!

I will never forget the scarring this police station did to my life. I was interrogated for something that was written on a bathroom wall in my high school. They had the wrong guy and pressured me hardly into admitting something I had nothing to do with.Their surveillance also caught a guy with a backpack going into the bathroom" I always carried a laptop bag to school

The police in Kitchener were unable to rescue two young ladies who are international students that were locked out by their so called landlord on unit 6, 250 chandler drive, because rent was due for 2 days, I feel so ashamed and disappointed that they can't come to their aid. We were not promised this kind of treatment upon arrival at service Canada. Now they are standing out in the cold

I had a verbal offer to work for them as a software developer and after waiting an entire month they retracted the offer with no explanation. Extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Do not work for them.

Simply can only act on simple laws, they don't go above and beyond to protect and serve the community.....Pretty sure when someone illegally enters your home, that's a criminal offence... The waterloo police uphold what is simple, cause they couldn't make it further in this career path....Very sad and uncomfortable they protect" this community"

This police force is the worst. I’ve noticed a lot of cop cars with no turn signals. Never show up on time and always make excuses instead of their jobs.Have no concept with citizens with mental illness.I had extremely bad experiences with this police force.Service and protect really isn’t in their job description.With so many people running red lights and speeding as well driving with cell phones I see a lot of this but you never see a police car
