I had been coming here since 2011. Unfortunately my last few experiences have lead me to give this review.My latest repair experience left more to be desired. I brought in my iPhone XS for a screen replacement. The repair was $200, which was fine. When I came to pick up the phone the new screen did not have the correct dimensions; the bottom part of the screen was not the same shape. I understand that things might not be exactly the same in terms of quality, etc. However, if you're charging that much, at least use quality parts.The person I dealt with also wasn't apologetic and didn't say much at all. Overall poor service, poor quality. Go somewhere else.

This is the best repair place I've ever gone to. A long time ago, I broke my Macbook Pro and they repaired it. 3 months ago, they changed my Macbook Pro battery and it works like new now. Also, they have amazing prices. My mom got her iPhone battery changed too for a very good price. Definitely come here!

Its been awhile since I’ve seen such top class customer service. Rabia is an excellent, my samsung phone stopped working due to water damage and so she recommended me some phones I would like. I bought a brand new 2020 phone from here, it has a big screen and 4 cameras and it was only $249!!! She even helped me set it up and transferred my information while also teaching me how to use the phone. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. There is no other cell phone shop in Mississauga like buyncell.

Have bought more than one phone here over the years. Last one ........well when I got home it had issues. Phone was replaced no questions asked. People I dealt with were polite,professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely shop here again.

Recently I have dropped my Google Pixel 3 on hard floor.I went in for a screen replacement at this location because a family friend referred them. They have managed to replace the damaged screen with in just 1hr but in the process my finger print scanner was damaged. They called me right away and informed me regarding the issue and asked for some extra time to fix the fingerprint sensor. Meanwhile they gave my phone back to use it because the part needs to shipped and it is weekend due to which the courier companies are closed.I got a call from their store as soon as the part arrived and was replaced with in half an hour of dropping my phone.I was assisted by this girl who goes by the name Rabia. She is professional, honest and polite.Great work. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Keep it up.
