Infinity is a very welcoming and safe feeling place. Exactly what I was looking for! Erin C. is excellent at listening to my concerns and explaining what is happening so that I can understand. This really helps relieve the stress and anxiety I was feeling before coming to my very first physiotherapy appointment.

Alli Powers is a highly knowledgeable and friendly practitioner. I came to see her with shoulder pain and she's done great assessments, given excellent treatments, and given me helpful home exercises (that actually feel pretty easy to do :).I was very impressed with how Alli took the time to really explain what she was planning to do for a treatment and why, along with what I could expect to feel the next day (ie before dry needling). My pain has gone away and now we're working on strengthening. Thanks so much Alli! Everyone I've encountered at Infiniti has been lovely as well.

Erin is the best physio I've seen. She makes a lot of effort to get to the root of the problem and uses different methods to achieve improvements. Highly recommend her!

Alli did a full assessment, determined the problem, and made a focused plan to address the exact injury and prevent it from happening in the future. It was a one on one appointment where she gave her full attention, it was NOT one of those appointments where five people are juggled between one therapist while paying full price.Great experience:)

I highly recommend Maya, the Massage Therapist at Infinity Physio…..I’ve been seeing her for a few years now & she is truly Amazing… she asks you if you have any issues or problem areas & then tackles them. She’s very easy to talk to & is very caring.
