DHL Express ServicePoint

Very deplorable customer service. I was expecting to have a package delivered Monday, spent the entire day at home. At the end of the day I received an email claiming that a delivery was attempted but the recipient was not home. The delivery guy never knocked or rang my doorbell. Called customer service to inform them and they said another attempt will be made the next day. Next day, I sit next to my window around the same time the delivery is suppose to be made. The delivery van pulls up in front of my house, the driver looks at the house takes out his electronic note pad, I get up to get to my door and as I open my door he is already driving away. 5mins later I receive and email saying a delivery was attempted and recipient was not home. Customer service was no help on the phone saying they will try again the next day, no solution given just then putting notes in their system. Folks save your coin and use ups, fedex instead!!!

Very friendly staff! This place is very well located, very convenient. I don't give 5 stars because they can do better on the place decoration.

if i could leave zero stars i would. DHL. is in my opinion the most useless company i have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and you need to be a magician to get hold of a actual person. more than once they have sent me a message saying they cant deliver my package as my address is incomplete, yet when i go to the local service point to pick it up they admit that my drivers license matches the delivery address completely. use them at your own peril!

I ordered a watch from Japan. Unfortunately, they chose DHL to send it. It is few weeks that my article is in Quebec City (I am in Montreal) and every day I got a SMS which read clearance event". Honestly

Ordered parts desperately needed to keep my business going. Sent them to another province. 2 weeks later still on the phone with DHL trying to get them to pick it up an bring it to me. Non sense 24/7 company. I'll never use them again. 9 times in a row packages to wrong address and all I get is I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. What are you sorry for? Your inability to do what you are paid to do? Disgusting company.

For the employees I will give 5 stars, bur for not honoring the promotion for the discount, Wich was on their website, saying it was a scammer who posted it!!!!, I found it hard to believe, I DO NOT recommend @DHL service.Many other companies that gives the same service who respects their promotion

My wife and I have been waiting at home for 48 hours. Texts tell us it was out for delivery yesterday.......... and again today. The message says no-one was at home, same today, text, no call. We are housebound for two days. The doorbell in our apartment works well. DHL unable to pronounce French name of DHL Service point. Service point telephone number goes to DHL central. What a circus!! I had to give 'one star', otherwise this message would not be delivered!!!!

Very nice staff and good service. Fanny helped me to do a pickup service and shipment from Italy to Canada although this is out of her duties. She was nice and explained to me clearly the requied steps to do that. Thank you :)

Systematically tells their customers they lost your parcel and hope you accept a refund because shipping it would be less profitable.

I RATE DHL SERVICE UNDER 0Shame on a multinational company that lie to customers.No notion of time or respect for appointments. they say come at 9am for the pick up. and they make you wait 3 hours and tell you that they are 15 minutes from your place and make you wait another 2 hours and end up not coming.0 CUSTOMER SERVICE .
