Amazing customer service at Tumi outlet store-McArthur Glen designer, My sister and I were there couple weeks ago to purchase a belt as a gift for my brother in law. Javy Wong, super friendly and polite sales assistant delivered wonderful customer service by taking her time to explain how to measure the belt for the perfect fit. She also kindly changed the belt box to beautiful paper wrap gift box.Thank you so much for your GREAT customer service…

I recently went to the TUMI outlet store at McArthurGlen in Richmond BC and I have to say I had such a wonderful experience! SYLVAIN greeted me when I first arrived and I just received the most amazing customer service! Everybody in there is wonderful, but I was treated so well, was given many different options without feeling pressure to buy something I didn’t need no just overall was very impressed with the customer service from all the staff! Thank you so much and I highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a TUMI product, this is the store to visit for fantastic prices on the newest merchandise, and excellent customer service! Thank you for all your help!!

Becky, Robert, Loretta were all very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating understanding my needs for my travels as well as for my son in the UK. Was at this store on a Friday morning. I was the only customer in the store and the staff was on the phone. So decided to browse and give him some time. He continued to be on the phone. Then I decided to ask him for help. He put two suitcases in front of me, then went to the front of the store and stayed on the phone. I stood there and waited and waited and he stayed on the phone. So I decided to leave and mentioned to him that I was sorry to have disturbed him! This staff should never be in a customer service job. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

I can say one of the best service that I received.Of course the product is amazing, is Tumi.Now I want to thank the staff specially Betty, I think she is the store manager.I returned an item and we ( me and her) had a dispute , but she handled very well.Both of us were right and it was hard to decide but she acted very patient and respectful.We definitely recommend this store and definitely will come back .Thank you so much
