Paradise Palms

Avoid this company…a master class in dishonesty.We prepaid for a 4 foot Windmill Palm and delivery in March but never received it. We were only able to finally able get our refund after 3 months of back and forth.There was no communication (until we initiated it after waiting for more than a month), followed by excuses (apparent fulfillment issues), outright lies (attempted bait and switch with a larger palm and then with a different type of tree) and unfulfilled promises (two free smaller palms for our troubles which never showed).Don’t waste your time.

Edit: The owner personally called me and emailed me back, he refunded and upgraded my palm size and personally delivered it to my door when it was a pick up order! So happy with this level of customer service! I will definitely order from them again!!Original: Worst experience ever. I’m not sure if they’re a scam? I paid for a tree online and they have not reached out to me for a pick up appointment. Online it said it was in stock so it’s not even a matter of waiting for fulfillment. I even called their line many times and no answer and I left a message for them to call me back and they haven’t. I’m going to call my credit to cancel the payment now. I have also noticed that previous reviews that are 5 star are using similar words so they may not be real reviews. Just beware of this company!

I order some windmills and they're so beautiful...the owner was kind and personable. They do need to work on being more time sensitive, Otherwise I'm happy with my products.Thanks!

Living in a high-rise, my idea of owning a 6 foot palm tree sounded a bit crazy; But After lots of research I reached out to Paradise Palms and sure enough, they made it happen.They managed to fit the tree in the elevator without any damage! And then so neatly and carefully moved it to my condo. They were punctual, professional, polite and super friendly.The quality of the tree is excellent!! It has survived snow, wind storms, a crazy cat and my lack of care (At times) and still looking healthy and beautiful!Thank you guys for bringing California vibe to my home.

Highly knowledgeable owner and staff. My palm tree is thriving! This is the only place I can recommend for palm trees in BC. Beautiful place to visit and see all the different sizes!

I would not hesitate to deal with Paradise Palms. I bought 4X12ft Windmill Palms and couldn't be happier with the price and service. Shop around, you can't beat the price and service. I paid for the install and although the job was a little bigger than expected, they just wanted to make sure I was happy in the end. Quality trees...will deal with them again 100%.

Three stars for pricing but the customer service was severely lacking. There was no care sheet provided or details on how to care for the tree after installed. When we reached out about the tying of the palm leaves they told us that they had said for us to leave it for 3 weeks but they didn't. It was pouring rain on the day of the install and we left before the install was complete. When I called and asked if they could come back and properly retie the leaves they said they would be in the area and stop by in 2 days. No one came by and there was no communication. I tried calling several times over the course of two weeks with no response. I had to reach out to other companies to get any sort of proper care information for these trees in the BC climate as google was lacking. Hopefully they can learn from this and provide product sheets and more thorough information to new palm tree owners.
