As a business owner who relies on our phone system the service response is deplorable. We have been encountering problems for the past 2 weeks and no one seems to care. We operate 2 businesses on their system. Now they are closed for a extended period of time. If you are looking for a business phone system look elsewhere.

We have been using their services for more than 5 years now and it has really been a great experience with them. We really enjoyed our training experience with Philip and appreciate the efforts. We would recommend him and his services to any other companies requiring phone system services.

This phone system is affordable, it's adaptable, it's functional. Tons of features included. No nickle and diming. We use the conference bridge feature multiple times each week (no additional charges!) Find me follow me is great; your phone calls come to you no matter where you are. Highly recommend this system!!

Not sure about the negative reviews on here, as we have not had that experience at all.We've been using this system for several months now, and honestly we really love it! It has some great features that are especially useful for a business such as being able to see missed calls and calling them back, and tailoring the voicemail to reflect our services and closures.The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we were first learning how to use the system. Even still, if there is a problem, you can simply dial the number directly from your phone, and easily puts you in touch with a Newt representative.Overall, we are really happy with their services. I've used their Newt business phone and internet service for 2 years now - it's been a very reliable, affordable and flexible tool for our business. Excellent solution that fits what we need for a fantastic price over all the other competitors. Easy to use for end users and a breeze for admins! Techs know their stuff cold, punctual and follow up. Systems and internet services we have at the few of the locations are excellent and just way beyond systems that are sold by major competitors. Also excellent hardware. We are saving lots of $$. Terrible customer service. Condescending attitude on the phone with customer. After an entire morning of trying to fix the issue with the customer, they asked the customer to have a third party IT support person come in to assist (that's me). I worked with them all afternoon following their directions and without any admin access to their systems there was not much for me to do but wait for their instructions - which I gladly did. The day ended with the system still not working. The next day the support person told the customer that the third party IT (me) was not very helpful and basically blamed the reason they couldn't fix their system on me. Well after 30 years of experience in the IT business working in the corporate and now on contract only basis I guess it was my fault that they had at least 3 techs and at least one supervisor unable to resolve their issue. In the end a band-aid solution was implemented and they are calling it resolved and blaming the 3rd party IT for not being more helpful".My takeaway - suggest to customer to find a different provider. I will also not be suggesting their services to any of my clients.Be warned - avoid!"

We signed up with NEWT Business VOIP services little more than a year ago, the service work flawlessly, we love the ability to dial extension to extension between our locations. The voicemail to email feature is amazing as well. At the time of signing up everything went smooth, all the tasks were handled by the dedicated project manager assigned to us from NEWT. Full user and admin training was provided and the PBX was setup according to our needs. The trainer which was assigned to us Phil was amazing and answered all the questions our users and admin had. The support staff is very helpful whenever we need tech support.

Olivan Marketing Ltd. had a perfect implementation despite only having a 2 week deadline due to our previous supplier failing us. The implementation team was flawless, the technical support impeccable and the training perfect. The trainer even took the time to setup the features we needed per his pre training questionnaire. These folks are organized!!! Score 15 out of 10. Highly recommended
