Had my first appointment with Justine Nakazawa and I am so happy with the time and service that she gave me. She was so thorough and didn’t rush me even though it had been 2 hours!My back needs more than one session to get in a good place but I can still feel a difference in my pain (minor) nonetheless a difference!

Me and my wife have been going here for about a year and feel Mike and Justine really take a personal interest in each patient. They are very knowledgeable, generous, friendly and really invested into taking care of the wellbeing of each patient. I’ve had chronic upper and lower back pain from my work as an Electrician in construction but he fixed the majority of my muscular issues in just the first visit. If you want a chiropractor that will put you first, friendly and does good work, this is the first place to go.

Big thank you to Justine! Very knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. First time visit, and I feel like a new person after just one session. My back pain was progressively getting worse to a point where I had to take some time off work. But after my morning visit, I'm good as new and off to work this afternoon :)

My husband has been seeing Dr. Mike Mighton for a long time, and I finally had the pleasure to see Dr. Justine Nakazawa for a couple issues I’d been having. I felt exceptionally better after being worked on! Their professionalism, expertise, and consideration is unmatched. We will continue to see both of them for any issues that may arise in the future.

Best Chiropractor in Richmond!After seeing many chiropractors in Richmond, Dr. Mighton stuck out as the most hospitable, personable and knowledgeable chiropractor.When I injured my lumbar and neck, he would put me at ease each session by explaining what was happening and what his treatment would be each session. We set tangible goals each session such as reducing pain or increasing flexibility.His athletic background compliments his treatments as he understands what movements or injuries occur within sports and is able to tailor his treatments for each athlete.

Always great service by Mike and Justine. Been coming for a few appointments and seeing improvements in areas like my neck. Everyone here is really friendly, genuine, and personable. It's a comfortable space to be, and I've also learned so many tips on how to take care of myself to prevent further issues. I definitely recommend booking an appointment at Synthesis Integrated .

Prior to my first treatment with Dr. Michael George Mighton, I was skeptical about Chiropractors. However within minutes of the session my mind was completely changed. He demonstrated knowledge and skills well beyond my expectations and I have never felt this ready for athletic performance.
