Customer service is poor, the wife answers the phone, talks non stop very rude tough to get a word in. She is over sensitive and has not had proper customer service training. Not a good first impression.

This is hands down, one of the best provider's of lawn care services in North Bay .My driveway is plowed on time and cleaned very meticulously. Also when the weather hits , the plow driver is there to take care of it right away !Come spring my lawn is cleaned up , prepped, and ready for what summer may bring . Then the regular maintenance is handed with the same due diligence as the winter time . Once fall comes my leaves are kept neat and tidy. The lawn is then prepared for winter so that my lawn is protected.I don't understand why this person below me has stated that the wife" is "rude"

Used them last season and was pleased but have sent emails and made a number of phone calls to renew for this season 2023 since February with no response. Are they even in business any more?
