Extremely unprofessional getting somebody other than the actual pharmacist to call me.

Don’t even think about using this pharmacy. With several people working behind the counter you’d think someone would be able to help customers but I still have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for someone to notice me every single time, even when the pharmacist tells someone to help me. My prescriptions are rarely ready when they say they will be and once when the app said my prescription was ready, the staff told me the prescription had expired and offered no solutions, just spoke to me very rudely and made me feel stupid. They also NEVER answer the phone and neither does customer service.

Pharmacy: when a doctor makes a prescription, follow the refills schedule. Don't break it into more refills. You don't have the authority to do that and it's unethical.When someone comes in to refill a prescription, have it filled when you say you'll have it filled. Forgetting to fill the prescription makes you look incompetent and wastes the customer's time.Your pharmacy takes prescriptions by fax. Read your faxes at least once a day. Don't wait 5 days.Don't announce customers medication for the entire store to hear. Keep medical information in confidence. Don't randomly share it with everyone.

We went to get a passport photo for our 2.5 yo. The person who helped us probably didn't know what they were doing. They didn't show us what the photo looks like or anything and proceeded to print. It was $24.99 and the photo was not an acceptable result because my child's mouth was slightly open. I guess we should have asked to check the photo before printing but either way I think we won't go back there for the photo anymore.

What’s wrong with them? Their pharmacy is a *huge* mess *end to end*. Their app is one of the few useful ones in canada but looks like the guys at the local pharmacy aren’t liking it. They never pick up the phone either. No apologies. Their “head office” whereever they are must take note. They badly need a management at the very minimum.Prices of regular medicines etc are *way* higher than most stores.

Clean, organized store and pharmacy with very good customer service and probably one of the largest make-up areas to greet you when you enter the store. The parking around the store is ample with many entrances and exits, makes shopping here a breeze. In addition to the cashier tills, there are self-check out kiosks for your convenience.

Extremely disappointedThey have apparent sale on Carlton cards. I picked up two cards and when I went to the cashier, she told me the coupon can not be used on music card.Can you tell me where does it say that music cards are excluded?Was it my problem if their ERP is not configured?I wasted 15 mins finding the right cards for my loved ones and 10 mins with your cashier going back and forth asking where does it say music cards are not included. My selected cards were above $3.29" and under "American greetings" (as per the coupon see picture)For the manager

My wife was closely followed by a security guard from the moment she entered. She examined several makeup displays, selecting a number of products, hoping that a staff member could help by making some recommendations, but no salesperson was available to help her, only a security guard constantly hovering over her shoulder. She eventually made her way to the self checkout, where the security guard watched her scan and pay for well over a hundred dollars worth of products. She had picked up two very similar products and decided not to purchase one of them, so rather than place it in her bag, she put it back into her plastic shopping basket, looking around for anyone she could give it to, but again, there was no staff present whatsoever other than a security guard watching her like a hawk. She decided to leave the item, worth about eleven dollars, in the basket and return it to the stack of baskets beside the door. She had not even managed one step in the direction of the door before the guard physically grabbed her, stopping her movement, and loudly announced that she was stealing. She had to explain to him twice that she obviously wasn't trying to steal an eleven dollar bottle of foundation while leaving behind over a hundred dollars of merchandise at the self checkout station which she had already paid for. This establishment employs overtly, proudly racist security staff and obviously supports their blatant racist profiling. Truly horrifying.

These people will call and tell you that prescription is ready but when you get there to pck it is rarely is ready often told to come back in an hour. I had experienced this on multiple occasions. There is a serious lack of respect for customer's time. I also found them to be very unorganized , and lots of staff to staff miscommunication and staff to customer miscommunication. I moved my prescriptions to a smaller family owned pharmacy (White Rock Pharmacy) and have not regretted my decision in the least.
