Some of the staff are lovely others are incredibly rude. This one older lady with glasses has the most awful attitude her name is Andrea. When I pointed out that prices are ringing up wrong she just argued claiming I don't know what you're talking about." I snapped a picture of the said price and she ran after me and yelled at me. So tired of being treated like trash by people at their JOB!"

Well, No Frills grocery shopping store is just that, a no frills shopping store. But, if you want frills and want to pay for those frills then I highly suggest IGA" as there milk cost $8.59 for regular homo milk or $12.50 for lactose free milk...that milk is frilly milk folks

I was actually SO surprised by how clean and organized the store was, I was also surprised that I always found someone to help me find things on my list, they were super friendly and courteous. The array of vegetable was so great, I will be coming back for sure, also for a cost saving aspect, I did save a lot!

Check the dates on things here! I didn't think to check the yogurt, there was only 5 days left and I had bought a pack of 12. Only noticed when I got home. Lesson learned for sure. Definitely a decent place to get canned and frozen items though.

This location is one of the better no frills locations, the staff are great (5 stars for them) but I can't rightfully provide a good review when no frills rests under the Loblaws umbrella, meaning save on foods and Safeway pricing is comparable, even with frills" like a deli

Pretty clean store..produce is fresh.For the price these days you just can't beat it.

Andrea, the overweight glasses wearing ponytailed lady, is always rude and snippy. We have chosen to shop elsewhere due to her bad attitude and inability to be friendly.

Review:I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Michaels No Frill recently, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the store's management and staff. As a loyal customer who frequently takes my Emotional Support Animal (ESA) with me to various grocery stores and shopping centers, I was shocked and appalled by the treatment I received at this particular location.Upon entering the store with my ESA, I was approached by an older white woman, whom I can only describe based on her physical appearance (short chin length hair, black glasses, and wrinkly skin). Instead of addressing the matter respectfully, she rudely and abruptly informed me that ESAs were not allowed in the store. It is worth mentioning that I had not encountered any issues with my ESA in other grocery stores or malls before.I politely expressed my understanding and willingness to leave the premises, as I respect and adhere to the policies of individual establishments. However, she then contradicted herself by saying I could continue shopping but in a hasty manner. I reiterated that I was willing to comply and leave immediately, but her behavior only worsened.To my disbelief, this employee proceeded to follow me throughout the store, berating me in front of other customers. She repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of my ESA and used the rudest possible manner to make her point. This display of unprofessionalism and disrespect was completely uncalled for, leaving me deeply unsettled and frustrated.I want to emphasize that while I can understand if this particular location has policies against ESAs, the issue here lies in the manner in which it was handled. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any differences in opinion or policy. This employee's behavior was not only offensive but also embarrassing, both for myself and the other customers who witnessed the incident.Never before in my life have I encountered such deplorable customer service. It is disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism at Michaels No Frill. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review seriously, addressing the need for better training and ensuring that all customers are treated with dignity and respect.I, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere until I am assured that such incidents will not be repeated. It is my hope that Michaels No Frill takes swift action to rectify this issue, restoring its reputation as a customer-friendly establishment.
