Turkish Bath

These people are there only to scam people. They will act nice in the beginning but once they have charged everything from your insurance they will change their face. They start over charging for everything from there on. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

No worth 1 star at all . Worst place in mississauga.They charge full price and give Groupon coupons which they don’t honour.Worst pedicure and manicure. Old nail polish( 2-3 years old ) with no top coat, base coat and machine to dry nails . They chip off very next day. When u complain they say don’t bother calling back again. Worst customer service ever.Ripping customer’s money .

The most disappointing hamam experience ever. I threw my $110 into a drain. Please do yourself a favor and don't consider this place for anything.- no Covid protocol was followed. Nobody was wearing a mask except the masseuse. The receptionist did not verify vaccination proof nor did she ask any screening questions. The massage table was not cleaned after the previous client. I insisted on getting it cleaned in front of me.- very dirty place! They have one small room on the left of the entrance where you can change. It was very poorly managed, I saw dirty spots on various places. Their trick is to keep the lights super low so clients don't notice that.- no shower! What kind of hamam does not offer shower?! I was not able to rinse after the scrub. I had to manage from the sink while standing up.- no steam room! I asked the receptionist where the steam room was and she said this is it. And 'it' being referred to the rooms at high temperature.- the massage room was a joke. There was already a client there and moving around was next to impossible. The massage tables are a joke. They have 3 tables in the small room, curtains separating each table but you keep bumping into each other as there's literally no space to move.- the massage was not good at all. Clearly, the lady was not experienced not certified, she had learned the moves from YouTube.- in terms of body scrub, I was expecting gommage like it's done in hamams. To my major disappointment, it was a very mild scrub applied to my body followed by soap and then rinsed off with water.- the bathing room needs to be adjusted so it's closer to the darn sink. You can tleave a client soaking wet in the freezing cold!

It was my first experience with Turkish Hammam. I purchased the experience through Groupon and was directed to their location in Westdale Mall.I was served on the counter by a friendly lady Gousia.The massage itself was given by a cheerful girl, Doris. It was an amazing one hour.Well worth it.I highly recommend this location.

Really zero review waste money waste time....it's a bad place and service in all Canada the laser there it so bad no body go there you will waste your money, for my experience I waste my money they took from me 1800 $ and i didn't take any benefit,and the receptionist so mean and rude, they closed the phone with patient and didn't respect any body....

We got a deal from Groupon which is really good. Me and my friend got a couple massage for $45, for 1 hour.When we went there, we have to walk across the street which is called the perfect physio. It’s the same company. Later then, the lady who helped us then told me and my friend that it’s just gonna be a soft tissue massage and not the deep tissue massage we are getting. For additional $10 each, we can upgrade into deep tissue massage. Which we did.The ladies who did our massage are really nice. Although we asked and payed for the upgrade, it doesnt seem like a deep tissue massage coz they’re barely putting any pressure.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! would have given a rating of zero, but that option is not available. My partner purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage as a Valentine's gift. We called to schedule our appointment for February 15 at 4 p.m. nearly two weeks prior. On the morning of our appointment we received a call from a representative of this establishment to cancel the couple's massage stating they are short staffed due to inclement weather. Mind you, the weather on that winter's day was quite nice - no snow or rainfall and rather sunny. A couple of hours prior to our cancelled appointment another representative called to confirm an appointment for someone else at the same time as our appointment that day! They offered us an upgrade for the inconvenience and we told them that we would have to called back to schedule the appointment. When we called back to ask for the appointment and upgrade they denied us service and hung up the phone on us. Do yourself a favour and go to Elmwood Spa and stay clear of this scam.

I got a coupon from Groupon for a Swedish massage for one hour. When I got there, they offered to upgrade it to a deep tissue massage for an extra $10. Which I did. It was amazing!!! The prices are modestly priced and they did a good job. The pressure was great! I came out feeling very relaxed.

That was an amazing expirience ever! Will defenetely come back again. My therapist was Sussann, very attentive and caring, thank you for a great time!

Took my girl friend for her birthday, had no idea what to expect and holy S#*t. What an adventure. The service was over the top, the experience was exciting and different and from the moment you walk in you're transported to some place warm and exotic. I would say it was modestly priced, but honestly for what you get it's really cheap. Never felt cleaner, skin never felt smoother. Thanks to the Manager Mahmood for a wonderful time.This will be AMAZING in those cold winter months.
