Started from installation: refusing to adjust and level a junction box in a flower bed from install, nozzles placed 3 ft from the corner they should be watering, leaving grass to die behind them, as well as issues with nozzles watering patios.Continued onwards to refusing to adjust these installation deficiencies over 3 years of service"
