I am a patient of Dr. Sana-Ara- Ahmed for couple of years. I have been super impressed with Dr. Ahmed and her team. She is such a kind and caring doctor. She is certainly very knowledgeable when it comes to chronic pain issues and how to deal with them. She has definitely listened to my chronic pain issues, diagnosed the actual problem so well and put me on the right track. I have seen many many doctors, specialists and surgeons in my life but no one like Dr. Ahmed. I really admire her knowledge, professionalism and kindness. She has a wonderful team with her. Kinesiologist Mr Huzefa is super wonderful guy. He has been a great help to me, he has put me on such a good rehab exercise program for my pain issues. Its really helping my back, knees and shoulder pain issues. He explains all the exercises so well and make me do it right with some modifications if needed according to my muscle strength and pain level. His fascial stretch therapy has relieved my pain tremendously. He is a good motivator for me. I really admire and appreciate his knowledge, techniques and the effort he puts in, to see me pain free and more stable on my feet.I've gone through couple of low back surgeries in 1986 and 2006 and many knee surgeries in 90's, finally both knees got replaced at the age of 54 and 56. I never got a proper rehab after any of my surgeries. Always rushed back to work and playing sports. For the last 40 years I've been living a life of a physical worker and an amateur athlete of multiple sports. Still trying to stay in game of tennis as a coach. But my chronic pain issue had gotten so extreme in last few years that it was becoming hard to keep up with it and stay motivated for any thing. Staying in pain 24/7 was taking the joy of life away from me. But since I've been regular at this clinic and following Mr Huzefa's rehab exersize program, I've been in less and less pain. Dr. Sana has helped me tremendously! I have been suffering from chronic migraines for 15 years! Since becoming her patient I have had much more success in controlling my pain and finding new ways to reduce the amount of migraines I have in a month. I love that she listens, and doesn't pressure you to take anything you are not comfortable in taking. I love how her and the staff are very intelligent and willing to try new ways to reduce your pain. I always leave feeling taken care of. Just knowing I have them in my life now I feel like I am not alone in this. Thank you guys for making a girl feel alive again!

I love this Clinic because Dr. Ahmed and all her staff are professional and demonstrate excellent customer service. Huzefa, the kinesiologist is very helpful for pain relief and strengthening the body, I had chronic neck, shoulder and Jaw pain and I got great help from this clinic for medicine as well as exercise. Mr.Huzeifa has done wonders for my pain management and ever since I started seeing him I've noticed a substantial increase in my overall health. He's helped me a great deal and it is evident that he deeply cares about his patients. He always takes the time to fully understand the specifics of how you're feeling. He always does an amazing job at explaining the problems associated with my pain and thoroughly explains the suggested course of treatment that I should take. He is kind and charismatic and is amazing at what he does. These traits also extend to the clinic as a whole and the rest of it's staff. The best pain management clinic in all of Calgary.Dr Sana always listens to my problems and issues, regarding my health she then comes up with better plans and gives me the best advice in order for me to do better with my health. Huzefa is very good at helping me with my pain in my shoulder and neck. I always leave the clinic feeling better than before. I definitely recommend this clinic. You guys are the best !

Dr. ahmed is competent but just as altruistic. She genuinely cares for her patients and as an anesthesiologist, it’s uncommon for them to even sit down and listen to someone because they are not important enough. Love her and the entire staff thank you from the bottom of my heart
