Eastgate Ford

Bought a used cat at Ford Eastgate. Amazing client service and they also included 2 free oil services, tire/disk warranty for 1 year. They did all paper work and I got the car nice and clean.

We purchased an Edge here and was pleased with the sale...it was after with the service department that things went bad and crooked. Our vehicle's pre collision sensor was going off prematurely so we took it in. Vehicle is still under warranty. We were charged $400. for them to remove bumper to inspect ( not sure why, as it is under warranty) We were shown a picture and told that there must have been an accident and they weren't even going to submit it because Ford would not cover it and instead gave us a $1600.00 estimate...well there hadn't been an accident and absolutely no outer damage to suggest. We called Ford Canada, which they were no help but did call this dealership several times on our behalf but never got an answer so they left a message to contact us. They never did as they also did with our messages. We were totally being ignored. We ended up going to another dealership where we were listened to and the issue was addressed and fixed and we did not pay a penny as it is under warranty.I'm sure Eastgate will respond to this review, as they have no record of us..because that's what they usually do.We will not be doing business with them again and will be letting everyone know what happened including Ford Canada.Very dishonesty. Very bad costumers service.

I never thought I would give a positive review on a car dealership . However the staff hete were so wonderful. I forget her name but the front desk clerk was so helpful and friendly. We were there for a recall so we weren't paying customers. We met the owner who went out of his way to introduce himself. This is a family business. Passed on 3 generations. The free coffee, cookies and water was great.

My car was taken in for service on time (appointment time). The waiting area was comfortable and bright. The service was completed before the promised time at a very reasonable price. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, a very pleasing experience.

I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion at this location, and have had it serviced multiple times here. Last year, in August of 2022, I came in to have my electrical problem sorted out. I was told it was my Gear Shift Module. It was replaced. Upon replacing it faulted again. It was found there was a short circuit in the wiring harness of my Gear Shift Module. Issue fixed, all under my extended warranty. Less than a year later and all the same faults have appeared and I am again being asked to replace the same part for the exact same issues? Not covered by any warranty. Losing confidence this will ever get fixed.Edit: Still have not been contacted after owner" replied 5 days after review"

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change and had Dylan as my advisor. He was very polite and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience. The appointment was easy to make, Dylan kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and it was finished in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Eastgate Ford service centre!

I think Dylan is the best Service Advisor. If he cannot look after your vehicle on a timely basis he advises you to take it somewhere else. So I did and it is now at Mohawk Ford. Thanks Dylan.

Bought a USED Truck from Brian Cox and it was seamless, easy, and he is great to deal with. He's also reliable based on promises made. And he delivered the truck to me and it was as described. Great experience. (Also, they are not pushy and do not force you to buy other products like some other dealers try to). Happy.
