Very convenient. They give you exact details as to the space you need to accomodate the unit etc. You receive a text day of delivery to tell you approximate time they will be there and the same on pick up day.Overall good service.

We had a storage pod booked for about 5 months, while we staged our home/sold/moved and I can’t say enough good things about our experience.Customer service was professional and was always able to schedule our pod movements the days we needed.Drivers were also professional and had no trouble navigating some tight spaces during pickups and drop offs.

From the first quote to the last pick. The service was exceptional. They called with reminders, texted before and after the job. The cube was clean, nothing shifted or broke in the moving process. I stored my stuff for 3 weeks, it was dry and clean when I got it back. Fantastic experience, was able to do my moving into and out of pod over several days. I wasn't stressed out. Great way to move!

The agent very polite, professional and efficient.The Cubeit Unit arrived on time in near pristine condition. Very clean, not unsightly and well made/secure. The delivery truck was clean, quiet (for a truck) and DID NOT drip or leak fluids. It is clear this company takes pride in its equipment. The delivery driver was quick, efficient, polite and professional.Calling in for pickup was no different and the service was the same.Billing was immediate, on time, and very clear. Cubeit is great. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Almost every single agent is really nice. I would highly recommend them. Customer service is quick and efficient. Their prices are reasonable too. They delivered on time and the person who delivered taught me how to open and close etc. They communicate pick up and drop off of the container really well. This is a great company.
