Fantastic. Thank you for helping when my mum passed. Everyone was was compassionate and helpful. Phenomenal in dealing with estates. It was a painful time for my family but they help lift the burden.

We sold our cottage during the pandemic . Jordan Lobe did a fabulous job going over all the details ( social distancing) . The office called within a week letting us know we could pick up the paperwork and cheque, which we had requested to pick up . Great work !

Arrogant, condescending, incompetent. Nice fake tan though. Told me he was having a hard time getting motivated to do my mom's estate account work done on time to be presented to court. He eventually handed it off to a junior associate who handed it off to an accounting firm which screwed it up, 2 months past due date. Nothing like some extra unnecessary stress added to dealing with my mom's Alzheimer's. I would not recommended him or this firm to anyone!

Zero communication. Often left in the dark about important issues. Unresponsive. The ONLY pro is that they are cheap. There’s a reason they are cheap. Stay away.

We had the worst customer service experience with this company. We needed a simple meeting to sign paperwork and at the 1.5 month mark of waiting and chasing, we were given another excuse as to why we haven't gotten any updates. I would highly recommend staying away from this office. I only gave them 1 star cause I had no choice to be able to write a review.

Called the office to have a will done. Left a message and no follow up response. Days went by and still nothing. I will look elsewhere for a law firm.

Not a law office I will be doing repeat business with. If you are looking for a law office you won't have to chase through every step of the way, then this isn't the place for you.Modest charges, but on hindsight, I will definitely pay more to have an efficient law firm handle my business.

Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable.Work Environment seemed relaxed.Smaller law firm, which I find easier & more enjoyable to deal with.Not so stuffed shirt.(If you know what I mean).

Unresponsive, and work was often incomplete or ignored. If detail or timeliness matters to you I'd recommend you look elsewhere. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 as their prices were reasonable and they were quite friendly and amicable.
