Mr. Lube + Tires

Great experience and no appointment needed! Got a nail in my tires and these guys Adi gave me great energy and knowledge. Took care of me and his partner jagat fixed up my tire properly. Very efficient and precise too! I just patched up the tire but I’ll be back for a set! Great service and good price

Came here today for an oil change and was greeted by Adi who helped me with all my questions and concerns. Him and Reny offered me amazing service by explaining the reasoning to each recommendation without pressuring any services. I am a frequently flyer at this location and always receive great service, but today was off the charts. Highly recommend dealing with this duo of amazing techs.

I was in the area and really needed an oil change on my Dodge Ram, as it’s been a while. They did everything I said no problem - oil change, air filter change, fuel filter change (diesel), filled up the washer fluid. The issues I noticed were:1) they went around to check my tire pressure (my truck has tire pressure monitor system) and for some reason all the tire pressures were all different than what is recommended/what I had them at. That isn’t a big issue because I have a tire pump at home and could fix this myself2) THE BIG ISSUE: when they were putting my engine oil fill cap back on, they must have not tightened it or something because as you can see from the picture - there is no cap and the oil splashed out of the engine. The real issue is that when I called, they do not want to take the blame saying that the technician has put the cap back according to their video. I don’t really open the hood, so when I opened the hood of my truck 2 months later to boost a car using my battery, I noticed oil splashed everywhere and was able to determine that the technician either didn’t put the cap back on or he didn’t tighten the cap. I asked Mr Lube to send me the video of the technician putting the cap back on and tightening it but they have refused (I understand privacy) so that isn’t a big deal. But they have refused to take any sort of responsibility for this.3) one of the technicians also tried to tell me that I need to change my brakes - my brakes have been changed in the past year and are no where near worn out because I don’t drive much.PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CARS AFTER TAKING THEM TO THIS LOCATIONEDIT:I forgot to mention, I went to Dodge to get a new engine oil fill cap and it cost me $150.EDIT 2:Mr. Lube responded to my review and told me to email them... I emailed them Feb.9th and have received no response. Yet again Mr. Lube letting me down.

I regularly visit Mr. Lube for my oil changes, and I must say, their service is excellent. One aspect I truly appreciate is their no-appointment policy, which is incredibly convenient for busy individuals. Additionally, I was impressed by the speed at which they completed the service. My vehicle's oil change was done in no time. Overall, my experience at Mr. Lube was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking efficient and hassle-free service. I want to give a special shout-out to Adi and Yadi for providing such awesome service.

Adi was very professional, I am happy to say I got the best service. From the minute I got there Adi approached me to ask what I needed and the wait wasn’t long. Everything went smoothly, he explained me what needed to be done and why, which made this experience much more comfortable for me. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back for services in the future.

Best service by I’ve had taking my car anywhere for a quick tune up. Adi and his team were super professional and went above and beyond. My car fell in to the right while pulling inside. They were patient and tried their best to make sure my vehicle came out unscathed. Really appreciate their help to ensure that my vehicle was not damaged. Really recommend this location!

Amazing service by the guys. I had my break pads damaged and the team here replaced it and the rotors with the new ones. Friendly staff to talk with till the time things were getting done. I asked them questions regarding the parts etc and they were happy to explain. I'll come back here again for future services.

I dealt with Adi and his team today for service. I told them it was the best service I have ever got at a Mr Lube and meant it. They were thorough on inspection and made sure I understood anything going on, but never pushy. Definitely will go back again for my next oil change!
