First time ordering curbside pickup and what a joke! Called the number and sat on hold for over 5 minutes. Then proceeded to go into the store while also still on hold. Talked to customer service who then told me that I could load them myself. Told them I wanted them brought out to my vehicle which is why I ordered curbside pickup in the first place. Proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before going in again and asking where they are only to be told to drive around back to load them up. Don't reccomend ordering curbside to anyone and I will never be doing that again!

Poor customer service at the auto service desk. Even with a 3-year battery warranty, they are not ready to replace the battery. I waited an hour to see if the battery was charging. And when I questioned what if it dies again, he answered, You have to bring it back." And the guy continued saying

April 29th 2023 My husband and myself went to go buy a bike, Couldn't find anyone on the floor. I Phoned the customer service To ask them for some assistance as there was a bike that I wanted to buy. The lady at customer service sent a young Fella over He was no help at all, Someone had radioed him and he was cursing And that he couldn't be at all places at one time.I understand the frustration As it was busy, and the cashier Was not happy neither. This is not the 1st time at this particular store this has happened. I will not go back

Went to buy some tires. On the up side, they were trying to be very helpful. On the down side, their own Motomaster tires were out of stock and I was told they can't check the stock of the other locations. Not a big deal... I was able to locate available stock online myself at CT South, but very strange policy/system.

Said online they had four rugs of the type I wanted so I ordered two of them. They were very polite in letting me know that after all the rugs were not in the store, they had none of them anywhere. I was disappointed about not getting the rugs, but they were very professional about the situation. They offered a couple of substitutions that I was not keen on and offered to keep me on the list to let me know if the rugs ever came back in stock. A for effort, fail in logistics.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this place. Recently, they invoiced me $900 for a quick fix that I was able to get done for $120 at a different shop. They price gouge and don't even try to hide it. When I said I didn't want to get it fixed at that exorbitant price, they told me the car was still drivable when it clearly wasn't. They aren't interested in what you want, only what they can add to your bill. Support smaller shops who have your best interest at heart.

Tried to call 8 times on 2 different days asking about warranty on my tires. No answer from costumer service, automotive, or even the manager on shift and then I decided to call one last time and I was on hold for 15mins so I just decided to hang up. Getting ahold of anyone in that place is impossible. 0/10
