I would like to share my experience in buying/shopping for our kitchen and bath products here on HTA Surrey, especially dealing with their staff Jatinder.My wife and I are building our dream house here in Vancouver. We had visited a lot of kitchen and bath stores here in the Lower Mainland and I can definitely say that HTA Surrey is the place to go when it comes to kitchen and bath products.Their staff, Jatinder was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even gave us pieces of advice and tips. Jatider was very detailed in showing us the pros and cons of each and every brand in terms of price vs quality, which helped in our decision making. We did not feel pressured in finalizing our selections.

I am writing a review because I witnessed how my parents were amazed with HTA's price, quality and class. We own a retail store and so every time my parents would go to HTA, I have to run the store. When they come back from HTA, they would always brag about their excellent shopping experience because of a staff named JATINDER SINGH. I can see how happy and contented they were knowing that Jatinder never failed to assist them from quotes to revisions to the final order list. Jatin and HTA Surrey is definitely a place to go. It's worth the travel from Vancouver to Surrey!!!

Jatinder Singh did an excellent job in providing us the information and advice on the best products for the most reasonable price. He went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. Bar None. Wonderful Service !!!

I highly recommend this location to go shop for fixtures. They have huge bar and great pricing, Twinkle is very helpful and knowledgeable. She know the products inside out. She should be your go to sales person when you go to their Surrey location. I had a wonderful experience!!! Keep up the good work!

HTA has excellent staff (Jatinder Singh) to discuss project and provide suggestions. Store has great selection with reasonable pricing. There is a large parking lot. Highly recommended this store.

I wanted to replace a 2 bowl kitchen sink with a large single bowl. I was very concerned about the dimensions since the granite countertop was already cut and I didn’t want to have to call in a stone cutter to recut to retrofit a new size sink. I spoke with Twinkle of customer service and she assured me that the Steyr sink would fit What great customer service. I highly recommend HTA Products for all your plumbing fixtures.

Went to two different locations Nick in Richmond and Jatinder in Surrey. Both provide excellent service and spent alot of time with me and my wife going over all fixtures for our new home build. Great showrooms !!

I am very happy with my shopping experience at HTA, Surrey location. HTA’s showroom is spacious and showcases a large variety of fixtures ranging in prices from low to high. Jatinder at HTA was extremely patient and assisted me in finding the fixtures I loved but still keeping within my budget. I strongly suggest to anyone in the market shopping for bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures to check out HTA in Surrey. The prices at HTA are very competitive with some of the larger bathroom and kitchen plumbing stores.
