If you are able to go in person.... amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful...... If you have to call? Don't bother....worst customer service available....I would rather call Revenue Canada.

Terrible customer service, was charged for a service I never ordered. Recieved a call saying my payments were overdue which I had no idea I had payments for because I hadn't been with Shaw for over a year. After waiting two hours on hold I finally got through then they put a note to Billings for them to call me back... Never heard back, then had collections come chasing after me two weeks later. After dealing with collections and customer service I just gave up because the whole process was so frustrating, customer service kept giving me different solutions, none of which lead to an actual resolution, and I do not have the time to deal with this so ended up paying $250 for a product I never ordered or even wanted to order. Thanks Shaw.

Sharon at the Shaw retail store at Beacon Hill Drive in Fort McMurray was a great help this morning. After getting the run around from several representatives on November 13/22 to get internet hooked up, Sharon made this super easy and painless to get our internet going. Thank you Sharon and Sherri for hearing my painful story but making it work out in the end.

Internet speed is terrible, service cuts out constantly and they take forever to fix problems with the lines

The workers at the store were great. Within 5 minutes I was hooked with up a great deal because they know the market/customers. However, TELUS and Shaw funnel ppl to call centres and won’t let the customer talk to the local store that is aware of the challenges that exist up in Fort Mac.Would get 4 stars but... frustrating

Connection Speeds are terrible 80% of the time. Cant ever Do school work, play Games or Watch Tv will Be switching to Telus

The girls at the front desk are great, but otherwise Shaw is just terrible. Worst customer service, worst actual service, internet is out all the time, TV glitches almost every day. Unfortunately TELUS hasn't gotten to my neighborhood with their upgrades yet so I am stuck..

Love the lady who works there. We paid our bill and she told us we have the fastest internet available with the best price. We will always deal with her as she has such good customer service

Been with Shaw for 10 plus years and in the past couple of years they’ve provided the worst service in this town. You will not get what you pay for. I’m with Telus now and it’s like night and day. Please do your best to spread the word to your friends and family that Telus is a much better company.
