Was greeted by an Asian woman who barely spoke English. She told me I needed to pay before starting.... yeah....no! Walked into a large room with no blanket. Only a small bleach stained towel. The headrest was too high and when she adjusted it, her hands smelled of cigarette. During the massage the headrest dropped and my chin was resting on a metal bar. The doorbell rang and she went and answered it!! Her massage was all thumbs... there's no way she was certified! I walked out half way through!!!
