I was referred to talk to a counselor at this place for my mental health and me dealing with my abusive partner. That counselor canceled on me. He told me to msg him to reschedule and when I contacted him to reschedule, he never responded to my msg. This is not a place to go if you're dealing with mental health or abuse. Shame on them for taking government money to help people when they are not helping. Maybe he doesn't wants to bother with me because of my race. Anyway the system is broken.

The step I took to call was chance that I would get help, and you delivered with compassion. I appreciated the introduction to programs and organizations that may support my father. Incredibly kind and respectful staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and the counselling I received was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with anything mentally.
