Shan came to my house to give me a repair estimate on my dryer that suddenly died. Within 10 minutes he had part of my dryer apart and gave me that sad news that my dryer could not repaired, the electrical board was fried. But - he did not even charge me for the service call! An honest man, anyone else would have charged me a standard rate. Thanks Shan, you will be the first person I call if I need any appliance repairs. A friendly, professional, knowledgeable guy too!

The experience was amazing! One reason I love dealing local and supporting great people. Was right on time, professional and quick to diagnose my issue. It was actually my mistake and easily remedied. I was not billed even though I offered to pay for the time. Anyone in the city would have min charged likely $150.

Everything seemed to break all at once this past month. Shan was quick and reliable to get the job done. He has now fixed my dishwasher twice, oven twice, dryer and washing machine . I hope I don't have to see him anytime soon , but if I need any repairs he's the one I will be messaging.

My Fridgaire Professional Series refrigerator was throwing an error code describing that there was an issue with the evaporator fan circuit. I called some Calgary appliance repair locations, and was immediately annoyed that the person on the other end of the phone, was looking to immediately book a technician to come to my address and was going to charge over $120.00 for the diagnoses.I called VOLKS, who rather than insisting on coming out to diagnose the problem and charging me, gave me some simple trouble shooting suggests over the phone to try first before scheduling to come out. The error code went away as a result of these simple suggests and left me with an appreciation of excellent customer service.I feel like VOLKS is a company that cares about the members of their community and I will be calling them in the future if there is an appliance in need of repair.
