It's hard to put into words how incredibly helpful Jon has been in assisting me on my first mortgage. Though he is involved more in the mortgage process, I have and still am seriously considering moving from my current bank to RBC just because of my amazing experience thus far with him.Jon was and is still incredibly responsive and thoughtful about all his responses to my questions. The virtual meetings we had about the mortgage from start to finish were able to alleviate a lot of my concerns as a first time home buyer. Jon made our entire experience easy and stress free. we were warned that purchasing a mobile home can be hard but Jon made the process very simple. Jon is super knowledgeable and communication from him kept us at ease and made the entire approval process move along with very little work on our end.
