We hired Polka Dot Door for our wedding in September & I could not speak higher about the service or the beauty of the flowers & greenery provided. Kelly is one of the kindest people & the level of customer service was exceptional. Our flowers were stunning & were beyond anything that I had dreamed of. HIGHLY recommend.

I don't know if I have the words to describe how INCREDIBLE Kelly and her team are at Polka Dot Door Florals. She seriously made my wedding floral dreams come to life and then some. She was so easy to work with from the beginning and every time we were in town or I went to her shop, we would chat like old friends. She truly is the sweetest person and is so talented. I had looked up her incredible work on Instagram and just told her my colours, that I hate babies breathe, and let her take it from there and I was IN LOVE. She constantly went above and beyond for me throughout the process and I can never thank her enough. Not to mention she is INCREDIBLY affordable. I never thought I could get the florals I did within my budget, but I got that and then some. If you want the most stunning florals for your wedding, or any event really, I could not recommend Kelly and Polka Dot Door Florals enough!

We used Polka Dot Door as our florist for our wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. She was so warm and enthusiastic throughout our entire planning process, was a great communicator, and went above and beyond for us. She even surprised me with some extra decor for our ceremony arch, and I was blown away by the beautiful arrangements she made for both our welcome party and wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your events and floral needs!

I stumbled on Kelly and her shop by pure accident 2 summers ago when I was at Nikki Dawns photography studio getting information about booking her for my wedding in July of 2018. Fresh flowers were an absolute must for me when we decided we were going to get married in the Okanagan. We went next door and there she was. She was so friendly, happy and cheerful and she beyond easy to work with, especially for someone like me, I plan events for a living in Edmonton where I live. We emailed a few times over the winter and I felt super comfortable being real with her, sending her photos of what I wanted, a giant huge cascade bouquet for myself with lighter colors and when she personally delivered them to my parents’ house the morning of my wedding in Oliver I was overcome with emotion. It’s when the entire enormity of the situation became really real! They were amazing and way better then the hundreds of photos I sent to her from pint-rest and google. I tried hard not to cry but too bad! Thank god the makeup artist was still there to fix me up! better yet it was 29 the day of the wedding and the flowers had no issues always looking perfect, they never wilted or got yucky. My parents kept them at their house for the gift opening the next day, and then my mom let me know they had lasted WELL over a week after the wedding. Very impressed. Now when I send Mom anything for her birthday or mother’s day I always purchase from Kelly and the Polka Dot Door. I will never be able to thank her enough for exceeding my expectations.

I absolutely loved the florals Kelly designed and created for my wedding last weekend! I was so happy with the colours and flower choices that were in my bouquets and centrepieces. The photos don’t do the flowers justice, they looked so great in photographs, but even better in person! I was so happy with how they turned out and I want to thank you again for being part of my wedding day success!! Polka Dot Door provided the bouquets and arbor decor for my wedding this past August at Spirit Ridge Resort. Let me tell you, I was SPEECHLESS when I saw the beautiful assortment of flowers and colours that Kelly had created.
