I came to look for dance shoes. Emilia helped me to choose the right style for me. My size was not available in that location so Trish ordered them from another store. My order came in next day. Good experience overall.

Tracy was quite amazing. I had gone to the store on bank street and they didn’t have the colour I wanted but the store on Richmond had that colour. Tracy waited for me to pick up despite the time. It was past the store’s closing hour. This is good customer service.If you’re plus sized and need bras that don’t dig into your skin please visit any of the Brio stores.Thank you Tracy.

I wasnt sure how to go about getting the right type of ballet apparel for my 4 yro, but as soon as I walked in, was treated with such care and patience and supported throughout the process. I was especially pleased with how they were with my daughter. A wonderful place!

Thoroughly enjoyed the service very kind n polite employees, they didn't have much in my sizes K cup however they do order if it isn't in store, wish they had nursing bras as I'm a nursing mom however I left with a very comfortable and beautiful bra that made me feel beautiful n happy. I'll be going back in the future

Fantastic, personalized customer service. The Brio staff offered a proper bra measurement (I wish I had done this years ago), and I bought two bras that are so exceptionally comfortable. It makes me indescribably happy to wear a bra that fits well and is comfortable.

My daughter and I visited Brio on Richmond road to update all her dance shoes and get some new bodysuits. This was our first visit to Brio and we were not disappointed and will definitely go back in the future. The selection of dance shoes was fantastic. The staff were amazing and patient. We needed tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical shoes/slippers and they ensured a good comfortable fit for them all. The bodysuits we got were perfect. Update 2: I had to change my rating to 5 stars. Brio Bodywear has exceptional customer service. After I spoke with them, they were incredibly kind and helpful about the whole situation. I look forward to shopping there again!Update: I reached out to them and they never responded :(I had quite a bad experience at Brio Bodywear. I have large breasts and the sales associate grew very impatient with me because I didn't fit into the bras they had in the store. They made feel ashamed of my body and I felt pressured into buying something that wasn't quite right. After wearing the bra for some weeks, it caused great pain and some scarring. I reached out to them to ask for a refund but they refused. I spoke to the same sales associate another time who assured me that that was not normal and she said it was defect of the bra. She offered me a discount on my next purchase but I never heard from them.I understand that underwear cannot be resold but it is unbecoming of a business to refuse a refund after acknowledging the product they sold was defective. As well as not reaching out to ensure the customer's issue was resolved. I have had far better experiences in other bra stores on Richmond road.

I’m so happy to have found a new place to purchase a bra and although I knew Brio sold swimwear I hadn’t been in a few years. I had terrific service from Tracey at Westboro to purchase 2 bras that actually fit me great because my size changed drastically I was wearing a 40DD and now sized at a 36F or 38 E so this is significant since I have been exercising and losing inches primarily. I’m super pleased with my purchases of a “beyond the bra “and Corin bra in the correct size & comfortable to wear for my body right now! I also want to recognize Kaitlyn at Glèbe store that gave some information on the phone regarding the two stores and their differences and a good times to shop at Glèbe. I am super happy about my experience yesterday at Westboro and I would recommend to all. I’m going to go back to buy a bathing suit I’m looking for a tankini’s set and I will be going back for new arrivals coming soon! Thank you Tracey and Kaitlyn!Brenda

Went swimsuit shopping here last week and was so glad I did! Amazing selection, helpful staff, and the fitting rooms have flattering lighting. I generally have a tough time finding swimwear to accommodate my bust and long torso but it was no problem here. The staff showed me a few new styles I hadn't even considered--so nice to get good customer service nowadays. I found tons that I liked, and walked away with a totally unique piece that was well worth the (sale!) price. If you are like me and have specialized needs, you need a boutique as S/M/L in malls/big box stores and online have seldom left me as satisfied. Plus you support local small biz. Check 'em out!

Beautiful dancing shoes with a good fit - I usually don’t wear heels. Great patient service.
