I had Amazing experience. It is so much fun, the staff is super nice. They give you unlimited hints. The prices are very affordable, and they give you a lantern so you can actually see what your doing.

Had so much fun celebrating our 9 year olds birthday with her first Escape Room. Impressed by the sets and level of detail in each room!

We did the Abduction room. It was poorly planned and the puzzles were not well defined. One door opened when we entered some random keys which broke the whole flow.On top of that the staff had so much attitude. Made the whole experience awful.Save your money!!!!!!

It was a hard challenge with a young group of kids but the staff was very helpful to make sure it was a positive experience. I would recommend this room for older teens or adults but the kids still had a good time. Our leader was very reassuring to make sure they wouldn't be scared. Fantastic Birthday experience. This is our third time coming and definitely not the last!

Quest Reality has a chance to become a strong escape room location, but my first experience with them fell a little short. The decor and immersion in the Abduction room were great, as were the staff, but the puzzles were incredibly linear, limited, and didn't feel like much of a challenge. I only counted maybe six or seven puzzles to escape and, unfortunately, one of them was broken and had to be bypassed. Our group was able to finish in half an hour in part due to the limited number of puzzles. It would be great to see a few more puzzles in the room of different types that aren't just magnet locks. More puzzles would also allow individuals or smaller sub groups to tackle separate problems leading to more engagement for the whole group. We found that even just four people meant a bit of crowding when trying to solve a puzzle, which is never very fun.Overall, this would be a solid experience for a first time escape room, but if you're an experienced escape room person or group, the Abduction room will not be challenging enough to be worth your time.I will say the cost to do the room was very affordable, which is an additional positive in this location's favor.

I initially emailed to provide feedback but did not receive a response.. so sharing here:,I wanted to provide some feedback on our experience playing the abduction room yesterday. We were a group of six (mix of semi experienced escape artists and complete newbies). The abduction room said it could accommodate up to eight people but we found with six people there were not nearly enough puzzles or things to do for each person. In the past (at quest and other escape rooms) I have found that the rooms are chock-full of clues and puzzles and objects to explore.. that definitely was not the case yesterday. Other than the screens and obvious objects, there were no extra layers. All the puzzles were very straightforward, and our main delay in solving it (in about 30 min) was that six people were all trying to do it at once. Having paid for the whole group at $30 a person it was a rather disappointing experience and not a great introduction for our first time escapees. I have had a great time at quest in the past and hope this lapse will be remedied

I booked this for my kid’s 10th bday as something we could do as a family. It was challenging, but we had fun working together and escaped before the time ran out.

My son and his friends did the CSI Case Solving Investigation game for his 14th birthday and had fun! You get 1 & 1/2 hrs. You can choose the level (novice, intermediate, expert). If you solve it and have time left over, you can proceed to another level with a different scenarios and evidence. They did intermediate and gave 4 out of 5.As a parent, I really appreciate how *easy* it was to book this party event online! Brainless, really. If the kids are 14+ yrs, no adult is needed to go with them. And when two of his friends were MIA at pick up, I knew we'd miss our reservation! I called Quest and they rebooked it to a later time in the day, no problem. While the teens were in the game, I got some downtime to sit in a local outdoor Café and relax in the Victoria vibe... before taking them to their next party event!

Quest Reality Games - Room Escape
Overpriced and poorly designed escape rooms with flimsy technical components which do not work consistently.I’ve done roughly a dozen escape rooms and can confidently say that Abduction is the worst one I’ve had the misfortune of paying for. There were only about 6 puzzles in total. They were all linear so our group could not divide and conquer. Even with only 5 people there wasn’t enough to do, I can’t imagine having 8 people in the room. Symbols did not logically go with anything so we randomly had to guess at locks. Many technical issues impeded us and left us unclear on whether our actions were doing anything. The only reason the room took as long as it did was due to so little clarity and logical progression in the puzzles. We “escaped” when we’d performed an action we’d done previously - on a subsequent attempt an input worked. The host came to the door and said “congrats you escaped!” and we were all confused about what we’d even done for the final puzzle. Our group left frustrated and feeling like we’d wasted our money.
