I was having tough day went in to pamper myself I felt so relaxed and had my nails and toes done great job thank you so much

Made a quick appointment to get my shellac nails removed Friday Apr. 21st 2023, and not thrilled about the price when I paid. The last time I had the same service somewhere else, I paid $7, at this place....$20! Really! I still had to finish the job when getting home pieces of shellac still stuck to my nails. Also the girl doing my nails wasn't that friendly either. Needless to say, I won't be back to this business!

Heidi is incredibly talented and knows her way around nails. My daughter loves he colour and shape, would definitely come here again.

The experience I had the first time at this nail salon versus the second time I had at this nail salon are complete opposite and I will not be coming back. The service was awful. Nancy, I believe her name is, was very rude and made me feel like my money did not matter there. Her comments were ignorant ( I was picking out colors and couldn't decide if I wanted shellac or regular, and I asked her about biogel which then she replied biogel is 120 and it's not good for you since you don't want to pay for shellac

Happy Nails has been my go to pampering for professional shellac manicures & pedicures. They always find time for me if I need an emergency fix, or a last minute appointment. The estheticians are always happy and do amazing work!!

I picked this salon based on a recommendation from my MIL and I was very unhappy the first time I went. I provided feedback and the owner/manager (the gentleman) asked for me to come back and get them fixed. The second time I went, they paired me up with someone very experienced (at my request) and I was very pleased with the result. I went back again today for a pedi and shellac mani and I’m certain I could have done a better job myself at home for free. My toes were just ok but my hands… my nails were filed unevenly with ridges, the nail polish bubbled on certain nails, and I had polish all over the sides of my nail beds and cuticles. I had to have 2 nails fixed and so she did overlay on them and she kept them both considerably shorter than the rest of my nails. Every time I asked her to fix something she had an excuse and I just didn’t have time left to get it all rectified anymore. I drove 30 minutes each way to get to this place and it was nothing but a waste of time and money. I’m very disappointed and I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone I know.

I was very unhappy with my visit to Happy Nails today. I have been going there since I moved to Bowmanville 10 years ago and was always happy with my results.I simply ask the lady (her name was Judy) to please bring the shellac color all the way to my cuticles. She then became abrupt and began to tell me that there was no need to ask this because she always did. She then starten to be firm with my hands and tap my hand harder than need be flat under the light. She did not cream my hands and when she put the oil on my neils she left it there and said she was done. There was no warm cloth to wipe them clean. I had to do this myself. I was left feeling sad and bullied. :(I did tell Vincent the owner but not much was said and I was not compensated in anyway. A simple apology that's all. I paid my 80 dollars and gave Judy a 10 dollar tip before she started my nails.Happy Nails made me very SAD today!

They care about their clients and go that extra mile to make sure your happy with the end result.Even though I got a little cut today not the girls fault at all I felt so horrible for her I could see she was affected by what had happened. She finished the job and I am sure happy with my nails today ☺️

I had a pedicure done tonight 9th Feb 2023 and it was fantastic. Lina took so much interest in cleaning feet. Thank you Happy Nails. See you next week. Liz
