Love coming here but this time Janine and Jen made my experience! They are funny, bubbly, and knowledgeable. They even helped me choose the coolest shades! Highly recommend this location and hopefully you can get helped by them.

The customer service was awful, the sales associate Oliver was extremely rude. I was definitely not treated as a customer should be treated. I will not be returning to this location if I see him working. The manager will benefit to train him in customer service and in being a decent person

I shopped there on May 2nd in evening, customer services was really great!

Let's start by assuming these men's patterned coloured briefs are works of art. Why then, oh Jack & Jones, do you hide their full glory in a hazy plastic bag? It is like looking at the most beautiful pastoral scene in the French countryside, obscured by a low and intense ground fog.Jack & Jones store policy states that one cannot open said hazy bag to view the briefs in their full splendor. Specific to the Market Mall location: the store manager enforces this policy with a zeal that would make the prison warden at ADX Florence green with envy. Don't even try to touch this merchandise or gaze directly upon it. Not permitted! Unsealing a sealed bag is simply a bridge too far at Jack & Jones Market Mall!Perhaps the manager believes that to look directly at the briefs would be equivalent to putting eyes directly upon the Ark of the Covenant, or to stare directly into the face of Medusa. I will take her shrill rebukes as a matter of public safety, rather than simply poor customer service.Perhaps these briefs were true works of art after all? Thanks to your perplexing policies Jack & Jones, we will simply never know.

Great clothes, great selection and amazing customer service. Nobody makes perfect clothes but they stand behind theirs 100%. Had a pair of bad jeans and a replace them no questions asked. I have about either 9 pairs of their jeans.

A fantastic place to shop that has some of the only clothes that would fit someone of my stature. (The clothes are European sizing.) Half of my wardrobe is now Jack & Jones and i exclusively get my DENIM here!This location hands down has the best Staff! Ethan in particular (the guy with the beard) was not only very funny but he’s very knowledgeable and SUPER friendly with his service.Everyone else working here is ABSOLUTELY nice and goes above and beyond to help their customers!I highly recommend this location, all the negative comments don’t know what they’re talking about!

Had a fantastic experience, Sam and Jenn where both outstanding in helping me find what I was looking for. They both help me make return on a pair of jeans that had ripped and provided an outstanding store experience. Highly recommend going to Jack Jones for There customer service and friendly staff.

Some of the best fitting shirt and jeans I've ever had, and I get consistently good customer service. I definitely recommend checking them out.
