Fabulous store. Kevin the owner is so helpful. Their showroom is awesome and offers great displays to select from. They showcase a ton of bath products including cabinetry, mirrors,shower doors toilets, fixtures etc. Great pricing and value. Rita H

I would recommend being cautious with this supplier as we transported goods for them and they did not pay. We ended up having to send it to a collection agency and promises made have not been kept. We agreed to remove the post if they paid their bills and they did not.

We got in contact to try to order something specific. We let him know our renovations started the following Tuesday and was looking for a specific item. He immediately told us the item would arrive on Friday and that we'd get a call on Friday, so we had no doubts it might be late. My family always considers how our actions impact others, so we usually confirm dates if there's doubt, but his statement was solid, so we didn't even think it could be late. We actually made various arrangements and had to change plans in order to come on either Friday (actually got approved tentatively for time off from work) or Saturday because we're located over an hour's drive away and waited all day on Friday for the call he promised. Unfortunately we didn't get the call on Friday, so on Saturday morning I called and I actually called 3 times, but due to no answer, I left a message because the store closes at noon on Saturday and we were preparing to drive an hour up in the slim chance the item arrived. He called back and I let him know that we can't come after Saturday. He then immediately asked why we didn't call on Friday and I said that we were waiting for his call because that's what he said. He said the item will arrive Monday now, but this is not what we were told, so I let him know we're not able to take time off work Monday to drive up. He then proceeds to say that we should've told him earlier, we were basically screwing over a small business, and that our actions weren't appropriate especially during Covid 19 because Coons is now sitting on inventory, but how could we have known this or prevented this? If he had called us on Friday like he promised to let us know it would be late, we could have possibly asked for time off work Monday, but for some reason he expected us to call him on Friday? It is unfortunate for everyone. I stayed calm when he verbally berated us with unprofessional words for a while. In fact we really wanted to buy the item, so we looked all over and were really happy that Coons would help. He actually continued to say how we basically screwed them over and as I was responding, he hung up!? I'm not sure how this business usually is, as I'm in another city and not familiar, but today's interaction was shocking to say the least. He said we should really consider our actions, and I'm scratching my head, like you broke the promises and blame us and also drag in Covid? Covid has made travelling much harder and he never considered for us how much planning actually went into trying to buy this item that didn't work out. I don't expect an apology for the verbal berating and hanging up, but I hope the business can improve going forward. I thought about calling again to clear up exactly where his attitude came from, but you know what, Covid brings out the best and the worst in us. We can forgive him this time. Keep safe everyone.
