I went to this location today for an ultra sound, I was very nervous for my appointment, but the staff in the front was so nice and had such a calming compassionate energy, then I was lead to my technician named Aman , who was ever so kind and she thoroughly explained everything to me and put my nerves to rest which was not easy . I strongly recommend this location for any medical exams you having coming up! I'm so grateful for you guys today!❤❤Warmest regards,Samara Goberdhan

If you can avoid going to this location avoid. The one particular receptionist is pretty rude. We booked an ultrasound for pregnancy and wanted to take our Daughter along with us after picking her up from the school mid day to let her know/show that she’s going to be a big sister and she was pretty excited about it but the receptionists today wouldn’t let us take her in and said she can be in the car, how can a 6 year old can stay in the car by herself. Last couple times we did the ultrasound here as well as at 109 street location other receptionist never even objected that the kids are not allowed and were simply allowed to go together without any issues. So we were not even aware of the fact that kids are not allowed. My question is why these people are allowed to enforce the rules whenever they feel like. Pretty disappointed that they took out right as a family to witness precious moments of our life. I had to stay outside as well as we cannot leave our daughter all by herself outside. I can’t express my disappointment enough. I would book at other location but never here and advise you to do so too.

We were not really happy with the way Amandeep Kiran, the technician had handled us this morning as a part of the obstetric scan at CDC Ellerslie. After spending about an hour for a detailed ultrasound, the images weren't sharp and we have been asked to come back again. Leave alone the hassle of getting permission to take sick leave for a doctor's appointment. I specifically told the front desk at CDC Ellerslie to PLEASE Make sure that all the ultrasound scans be done by the radiologist who had initially performed the 8th week ultrasound scan as we were very comfortable with her. We were told that Transvaginal ultrasound is quite uncommon during 19 weeks of pregnancy. Since the images weren't clear today, the tech needed transvaginal (TV) ultrasound to be completed. Didn't understand why your images weren't clear? When we asked her if she can safely perform TV Ultrasound, to which her response was she cannot guarantee that. I mean, please have some sort of empathy who are first time moms! As soon as we walked in, she asked us the due date? Isn't this the responsibility of the technician to provide us with the due date based on the growth of the baby during the time of the scan? Its always important to provide us with the feedback in simple layman's terms regarding the health of the baby.Quite honestly we expected a better image of the baby after 19 weeks of pregnancy. The image was literally blurred and it was nothing close to the images that were available online during 19th week scan of pregnancy. This is one such image that we will carry for the rest of our lives. We really want a better image of the baby!We do not really know the person's name who took the 1st two ultrasound scans but she was perfect to the core. She was a gem of a person! Really admired her way to handle patients. Its people like these with whom we can literally feel God's presence.Just to re-iterate : our rating for the first 2 visits at the same place: 5/5 and the last one today 0/5! I really want to give 0 for today but the min score from Google is 1 Star!Quite often the rating boils down to the experience of the technician/radiologist who performs the obstetric scan.

I was referred here and as my doctor's office is next door, walked in and got 2 appointments the very next day. Check in was friendly and efficient and I was shown into my change room quickly. My first appointment had just ended the next medical professional for my next appointment came to collect me as she had time before her next appointment. Both of the team I dealt with during my imaging were friendly, professional and gentle. Check out was friendly and I highly recommend this medical imaging centre.

This was my second experience at the Ellerslie location in Edmonton. The team is excellent!! Right from reception to the radiology techs to the radiologist. Excellent patient care and attention to informational needs. Highly recommend this location for pain management.

Took my mom here. She had an ultrasound and xray... not too sure why there's a bunch of bad reviews for this place. Every staff member was very friendly and nice.

The receptionists are pretty rude there. When my husband booked me an appointment over the phone, he made sure to clarify their mask policy and was assured that it’s optional now. It says the same on their official website (that it’s encouraged). But the woman at front desk told me that wearing a mask is mandatory and forced me to wear one.I will ask my family doctor to send me to another clinic in the future.

I was at the CDC in Ellerslie and wow they were so fast and getting me into my appointments and doing the exams thoroughly without rushing. Very well managed location , thank you for this experience of great service!

I had a requisition from my Doctor for CDC however in trying to get an appointment I’ve had no luck for at least 6 weeks, leave a callback is a laugh so I’m going elsewhere
