East Hills Bottle Depot

Nice and clean place to recycle your bottles! The staff is very friendly and they work hard to make sure that everything is clean and counted appropriately. There is a coffee bar, a lounge area and a place to wash your hands which is great! One of the staff members came out and helped me bring my bags inside which was very nice :) I always come here to recycle my bottles and have a good experience each time!

Edit April 6, 2023Same as usual, This time we were three people with three small bags each and had to wait in the lineup despite the depot still displaying an Express Lane sign. I called and asked about opening the fast lane, they said that lane is closed. Don't bother visiting this location unless you have plenty of time to wait in line. Last time I ever come here, with my big or small bags._________________Nice location, and clean. However, that does not compensate for the fact that the express lane (far left) is never open. Ever.I never have huge amounts of bottles to bring. What is the purpose of having an express lane for one to two small bags" if I'm always having to be in the lineup behind someone who's bringing large garbage bags chock-full of bottles? And this is 9AM on a weekday. Coming over the weekend is completely not advisable.I ask the owner of this location to maybe just drop the idea of having a designated express lane if it's not even used. It only creates frustration for those who come to this location thinking this business really thought about them."

This is legitimately the boujeest Bottle Depot I have ever been to. How could I not take pics and not write a review? LOL Waiting and feel like playing basketball? Sure, they have it. Want to sit on comfortable chairs while waiting? Sure they have it. Want to help yourself to a coffee bar? Sure they have it. What to play ping pong while waiting? Sure they have it. I really like this location, it's VERY clean. The floors are nice, everything is brand new and the staff are super friendly. I was greeted as soon as I got to the door and told which number to go to. The lady that helped me was super fast and efficient. There are also sinks with soap and hand dryers. Pretty upscale LOL

I refuse to go anywhere else take my cans in. These guys are amazing at what they do here. Heck, I was unloading and had someone come help me from the truck to the place and then even inside the place. Super organized!!

just providing good to fool people, actually they are just thieves. with obvious, as I had like more than 10 garbage bags of bottles and milk bottles, but they gave me 88 dollars, and just to verify if they were stealing or not, as soon as I opened the last bag, and went to the table tennis table to check if they would count the bottles or not, but to my shock when I returned the amount was same dollar value, like 10 cents were added only. robbers and thieves, don't fall for their good service trap. if I could report them, would have surely done it.Response: as a customer when we come we expect fair treatment. not to be robbed, and then talking to one of your manager, which you know will not do any good to us. now, we know what's non refundable, it is not about those, its about the refundable, empty water bottles which were not counted. Kindly avoid these practices. Thanks

This place is so damn friendly that they even come outside to help with unloading your bags. It’s clean and efficient!!! 100% recommended

Staff came right to my vehicle to offer help bring in bags of bottles. The smell was pleasant when walking in. Extremely clean! Sitting area if you don’t want to stand.Sorting was quick and dead on. Hand washing station was clean and everything working.Easy access washrooms, also very clean.Also a coffee station to boot! Awesome!The most pleasant experience to date.Highly recommend them!

Very clean and efficient place.. the staff are really courteous and helpful. They have free coffee too!Even though this place is a little out of the way for me, I make it a point to bring all my recyclables here ..

This place is literally the best bottle depot. Clean, friendly. They have a lounge and coffee bar to make it less “bottle-depoty”. Fast and efficient. We stop here on our way to nearby Costco, and make the trip halfway across the city to do so.
