This Preszler office is only a satellite / consultation office. This office is by appointment only and is not really open to the public. The day I was there the elevator was out of service, the greeting staff were not what I expected and I was left to stand in the noisy hallway to talk to the main law office. 5 stars for my great expectations but really 2 stars for the office rental company location. Avoid like the plague. It would take forever to describe every instance of incompetence in my four year nightmare with Preszler, but I’ll state the highlights. They switched my lawyer three times without notification. I would literally find out that I had a new lawyer by seeing a new name cc’d on my email from the assistant. My second lawyer apparently left in October of 2019 and I didn’t hear from the new lawyer until July of 2020. Again, only because I saw a new name cc’d and emailed them to find out more. They booked my mediation before they booked my medical exams, and then scrambled to find some kind of specialist to see me ahead of mediation. It ended up being a Neuro Surgeon, which had nothing to do with my injuries, and the dude was serious whack job. They forgot to book my trial date, which even shocked the ICBC lawyers. My lawyer submitted a blatantly outrageous settlement number for mediation without my approval or knowledge – I had to hear it from the ICBC lawyer as he explained what a ridiculous and insulting number it was. It was such an outrageous number that ICBC balked at it, and literally refused to mediate at the mediation. By far the worst: after I had already put in writing that I approve ICBC’s settlement offer, my lawyer went behind my back and counter-offered with ICBC without my knowledge or approval. Fortunately, ICBC came back with a bit more money, but that easily could have gone south and is totally unethical. Then, because I was accepting slightly less than what my lawyer thought my claim was worth, he asked me to sign a document stating that my settlement acceptance goes against his counsel, which for legal reasons is fair enough. However, in the document, he slipped in half a sentence saying that by signing the entirety of the document, I am releasing Preszler and my lawyer of “all professional negligence, either known or unknown at this time”. I refused to sign until that line was removed. The entire time I felt so abandoned, so extremely stressed and constantly had to advocate and protect myself from the very people that are paid EXTREMELY well to advocate for and protect me. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.-- Posting from a friend's account as I don't have one --

I would like to thank Bob and Jessica for helping me with my slip & fall claim. They were very professional and patient and helped my get justice. I highly recommend this office.

We had our indifferences but at the end of the day they did everything in their power to make us happy.

I highly recommend you do your research before choosing these lawyers. They do not seem to have an actual office anywhere near Vancouver. They send emails whenever they are able and treat you as if you are inhumane. You cannot help anyone through emails and emails only. When they want to sign up with you they are very.polite and available. After that...good luck

Bob Jones was my lawyer for a lawsuit about personal injuries.COVID slowed down the wheels of justice but Mr Jones never stopped working for me. I was astonished and grateful for the settlement he got for me.

Raj was very informative and easy to work with, had me up to date and kept everything efficient. Would definitely recommend!
