Also, the process took just about one day - which is nice, considering they had other customers' devices too. I will definitely come back in the future!

This place robbed me for $300, upsold the premium screen claiming it is the best option. 35 days later my phone is inoperable, conveniently 5 days out of the warranty period. I talked with the employee and he informed me that there’s nothing he can do aside from charge me another $300.You’re better off buying a new phone then doing business with these people.

He was also very patient, explaining how the phone and repairs worked. He was very transparent with costs and what repairs were needed and why, and was quick and efficient as well. Called with a request but I know he is busy and still unable to give me an answer after a small period. Looking for something small in his shop but maybe he was able to utilize it elsewhere. I am hoping he might still have it and give me an answer when the workload gets lighter. He is a pretty good fixer of phones.
