We hired Jared Holmans with Techno Metal Posts to install screw piles for our modular home at Cavallo Ridge. They were professional & knowledgable. They came when they said & were there when we needed them for delivery. We would definitely use them for future projects.

Jared and his team were top-notch start to finish. The posts are dead level. It feels good to drop your 44 ft main beam on and walk it with a level reading true all the way. The site was clean, and they were in and out in a day. Jared explained every question I had, and we couldn't be happier. 5 stars at least, I'd give more if I could!
